Furnishings include 2 sofa-beds (double bed + single bed), central table and TV. Dining table with chairs. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is well equipped for self-catering. Appliances include washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Adjacent to the living area, and separated by a partition, is the master bedroom with a double-bed and a large wardrobe. Beside it is a bathroom with bathtub.

Note - our review here is for 'Apartment Los Terceros B' not 'Los Terceros A' as per the other reviews here so far. 'B' is the 1 bedroom option. See 'veoapartment' for more info... This was our best accommodation of our trip. Everything was very modern and well-equipped. A really comfortable space – would be happy to buy an apartment...

The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. It has all the necessary things to live as "at home". Access to nearly all the great places in Sevilla takes no more than 20 minutes on foot. Next to the apartment is a city bus stop. The railway station and the bus station is also nearby. The hosts are very nice...
