Offering air-conditioned / heated 3 bedroom penthouse apartment in a very central location in Barcelona. The apartment is spacious and has been recently refurbished and furnished to a very high modern standard. With free high-speed WiFi and cable TV, the apartment is walking distance to many of the top tourist destinations in Barcelona (Ramblas, Barceloneta, Barri Gotic, El Born, Placa Catalunya, etc).
Set inside a historic building, the apartment features modern decor and amenities. The living room includes 2 large sofas, flat-screen TV, dining area, and open plan kitchen with bar and stools making it perfect to accommodate a large group of people.
The open-plan kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and kitchenware.

Fantastic newly refurbished luxurious apartment - amazing location 5 mins to the beach
The apartment is stunning one of the best designed properties we've stayed in. You can catch the beautiful view of the Miro statue and Barcelona Port right from the master bedroom window. The whole apartment is completely renovated with extremely comfortable and well designed bedrooms. Superbly equipped kitchen and bathrooms with Japanese toilets. Welcoming, punctual, and professional service.
It is impeccably located in the Gothic Quarter, walking distance to Ramblas, Gothic Cathedral, Olympic Port, Barceloneta Beach and countless restaurants and shops.
We could not say a single thing that was bad about this experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic!
This is a fantastic apartment in the perfect location. It is local to the beach and all the lovely restaurants of the gothic quarter. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. The team were courteous and helpful. Even though it is a 3 bedroom apartment the layout in the first bedroom is perfect and allowed our three children to very comfortably sleep in together which left plenty of room for us in the second room and our friends and their baby who were using the third bedroom. I highly recommend it.

Amazing apartment in fab location
We stayed here as a group of seven female friends, aged 30-40 years in early June. On arrival just past midnight there was a lovely and helpful man from the lettings agency waiting to let us into the apartment, after we'd called from the airport to let them know we'd landed. he explained everything we needed to know and left us lots of useful info such as the free WiFi passwords etc.
The apartment is fantastic. Very big, very modern, very clean and absolutely spotless. Each of the rooms was huge with ample storage space for hanging clothes etc. Two bathrooms, again very modern and clean.
We'd struggled to find an apartment in Barcelona that had enough seating in a chillout area. This fitted the bill perfectly, two massive sofas and a nice cosy dining table we could all sit comfortably at.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.
There's a supermarket right outside the apartment and plenty of cafes and takeaways in the area. The Milk Bar & Bistro and Benedicts which are literally around the corner are both very popular and great for brunch and dinner, delicious food and friendly service. La Rambla and the marina are also both within walking distance (about 5-10 mins).
All in all, we could not fault this apartment at all and we will return next time we go to Barcelona :)
