Booked this apartment for a weeks break just as a chill out. Its right on the marina and really easy to find from the Airport, and the views are lovely. Everywhere was immaculate, communal areas, reception, pool area etc. The two guys we spoke to at reception/security were very friendly and helpful. Lovely young lady met us the first night...

To check availability and make your bookings please send an email or telephone. A £200 non- refundable deposit is payable to secure the booking in 3-5 days by bank transfer. This will also be held as security bond for any breakages and damages. If property is returned to owners in same condition as it was found, the bond will be refunded by bank transfer on termination of rental period.

The balance is payable six weeks in advance prior to arrival or at time of booking if reservation is sooner than six weeks.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your booking within 14 days of receipt of the deposit, we will give you a full refund.

If cancelled 42-30 days prior arrival we will refund 50% of the balance,

If cancelled 29-15 days prior arrival we will refund 25% of the balance,

If cancelled less than 14 days prior arrival NO REFUND
