Our Luxury 5* Front line Townhouse is set against the backdrop of the beautiful Golf Resort. A choice of 3 terraces overlooking spectacular views where families and holiday makers can enjoy relaxing, sunbathing and eating Al fresco. Children have lots of choices with the nearby communal pools and playgrounds. The resort offers a lovely Town Centre with various activities for the whole family

The atmosphere is very Spanish and changes with the seasons, the gentle noises of the birds, frogs, crickets, fishes leaping in the lake, the striking golf clubs and the banter of golfers as they make their way round the course.

There is AC and Central Heating throughout the property.

Please advise if you want the single beds zipped up into very comfortable double beds

Check in and Check out time is standard with check in after 1600 hours on the day of arrival and check out time is before 1000 hours on the day of departure so as to allow cleaners and service staff in. Please ask if you wish to have different times and we will oblige if possible.
Payment can be by Paypal, bank transfer to a UK Bank account in Sterling, or Euros to a Spanish Bank account or Cheque (Please be aware of your charges due to the banks)

As guests of the Casa de Mendes Villas you are entitled to play golf on all the Polaris World courses. The El Valle Course is a short walk from the villa but the other courses can be accessed by car or by using the complimentary bus which picks passengers up from the Clubhouse. We are approximately 50 minutes from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from San Javier airport.

We recommend www.skyscanner.com, by selecting where you wish to fly from and to you will be able to view which airlines to use and their cost. It is easy to use.

We recommend that you hire a car to maximise your experience of this region and the recommended car hire website we use is www.doyouspain.com.

If you prefer not to drive the best way to get to the resort is by private taxi which is easily arranged, please ask us if you need assistance as it is usually better financially to book in advance.
