This amazing two double bedroom Duplex style apartment located in the Benidorm Rincon, is set on two floors and has two private terraces with stunning views which overlook the blue mediterranean waters, the beach coves of Almadraba and Tio Ximo, a lovely view where you can sit in the sun and watch the pleasure craft and ferry boats crossing to the well known “Peacock Island'. On the main floor of this nicely furnished apartment you will find the spacious lounge with 3 large sofas for your comfort and a dining table seating 4 people plus there is a TV. The lounge has sliding patio doors to the first terrace which is furnished with table and chairs for Al Fresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, and all essentials for your stay, you can also access the terrace from the Kitchen. Take the stairs down and you will find the spacious master bedroom with two comfortable single beds and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There are sliding doors from the bedroom which leads directly to the second terrace with stunning sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds, a lot of wardrobe space and also leads directly to the spacious second terrace. The family bathroom is a good size and very modern with shower over the bath and further storage for your cosmetics and sun creams. A few floors above this great apartment is a wonderful swimming pool which just seems to flow into the sea below. A lovely area with plenty of space for sunbathing. Private parking is offered with this apartment although a car is not necessary and you can take advantage of the regular bus service into the busy Benidorm beach and town areas. The apartment has air conditioning which is provieded by coin meter giving 1.5 hours of heating or cooling for 1€. With your safety and security in mind, the house is fitted with a safe for your valuables and smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are installed. The area of Sierra Dorada is a beautiful and scenic location between the popular beach of Levante and the residential area of Rincon de Loix, Benidorm. Don't worry about the hill, there is a regular circular bus service that runs right outside the apartment and takes you to the beaches, shops and entertainment areas that Benidorm is well known for. The Sierra Dorada area is a natural park and has two beautiful beach coves as well as scenic walks and routes. There is a lovely bar just around the corner from the entrance to the apartments, which offers good food and cooling drinks and a friendly welcome to all. *A 20% deposit (minimum 250€uros) will secure your dates please see our terms and conditions for further info. *Bed linen & towels are provided at this property. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels only. For stays of 14 days or more, a mini mid stay clean and change of laundry is include d. *A 250€ refundable damage deposit will be required. Please note that if your party consists of same gender or under 30 age group, a larger deposit will be required. Please ask for details. *Air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter, 1€ will provide you with approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling throughout the property.
