Great location the apartment was very much in need of a refurb things like bed cover with holes in it shower head bracket broken patio door from bedroom was falling apart curtains needed a good clean plug hole in shower very dirty some of the eating forks were plastic and bent when used on hot food no wine glasses we had to buy two no corker to open wine we had to buy one two of the cooking pans had to be washed the sun blinds on the balcony we falling apart one of the white plastic chairs on the balcony was broken the sun chair was broken the blinds in the corridors were disgusting top of one of the doors had come away. Directions to get to the apartment were very poor if you had just put something like above ku lounge or opposite the floating water park it woul of made our arrival so much less stressful so overall we felt that we paid a lot of money for our stay top price for a apartment that was not top quality.

Tidy apartment with fantastic views !!!
This apartment has fantastic views of the beach and sea , Location is central for bars restaurants, the strip is about a 15 min walk . The apartment is clean and spacious and very secure , The only fault we had was we arrived at 10 pm and had to wait a hour before anyone came with the keys then had to pay extra 30 euros because it was after 9pm !!! Apart from that loved it !! And would definitely go back and stay there . Highly recommend it .

Good for the Beach
The booking process, communication on arrival was good. We (3 adults) were met at the entrance which is next to the KU Lounge Bar. The building is secure, two gates to get to the lifts. On our floor another two locked doors before the apartment. Very clean apartment. Kitchen with washer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer. But, ate out we were on holiday. Did not use the TV, internet at a cost, many if the bars have free internet. The bathrooms were spotless and the ensuite had a bath with shower. The second bedroom was an L shape, narrow with a single bed, all beds comfy. Both bedrooms and the lounge have doors onto the balcony area. A large area with table chairs, could do with two or three sun loungers. Shutters on all windows. The noise from the beach area and bars is loud but as with the sea you get used to it. All in all a good stay. Apartment to sun bed on beach about 4 minutes that includes the lift ride. We found a good place to eat called “Four Seasons” near the old town, a 3 course meal for a fixed price, Steak Pie to die for. Also Cafe 23 for a fab night and great company. I am sure you will have your favourites as well.

Great View. Needs work!
We stayed for 10 days in September 2018. We had hired a car at Alicante Airport and drove to Benidorm. When we arrived at Calle Valencia, I saw a notice saying that it was a restricted zone for authorised vehicles only, so I stopped and phoned the agent and was told that as it was a Sunday, it was fine to proceed. They organised a permit for the car the following day very efficiently.
We were met and shown the apartment. It is located on the 12th Floor and is the building next to Carrefour Express on Avenida Alcoi.
The apartment is right on the beach front and has amazing views in every direction and has a wrap around large balcony. It is very secure and you need to unlock three doors to get into the apartment.
The car park is excellent and we never had any difficulty parking there.
Wi-Fi, the listing did say extra charge. This was no problem as I always bring my own wifi with me but the extra charge is 22 Euro a week for a six mbit connection. I really feel if I am paying 120 euro a night for an apartment, there should be wifi included.
The A/C is excellent, there are units in every room and they could be set to “quiet” mode and turn the display off so you could leave them on at night. Only the one I will mention separately below was not working.
When we looked around, it was immediately obvious that the apartment is in need of renovation.
We immediately went to the agents office and reported the condition of the apartment and my impression was that they was already aware of this
The cleaning is not up to standard. There was a layer of grit, probably sand on the floor. There was no vacuum cleaner or even a sweeping brush in the closet so I can only assume that it was wiped with the mop and bucket that was there and just left to dry.
In the en suite bathroom, there is a bath and a shower with shower door. The shower door had a layer of soap on it and the sealing strip on the bottom was beginning to peel off. The door had not been cleaned for some time. The A/C unit didn’t work and the electric cable for it was hanging down from behind it. When you looked closer it was connected with a small terminal block to the mains supply.
In the other bathroom, there is a shower cubicle. Again shower doors were dirty. The wheels of the shower doors were off the tracks and even when I put the doors back on the tracks, they didn’t move smoothly at all. The handles on the insides of the shower door were broken and were jagged pieces of metal. The toilet roll holder was missing. Another towel holder was hanging off the wall, the ceiling light glass was missing.
Under the sink in the kitchen is disgusting with a leak from the trap. The crockery and cutlery are well past their sell by date. There are green cups and the glaze on the inside of them is cracked all round from use and age. There are IKEA style white plates with chips out of the edges. The first thing we did was to go and buy two mugs and a bottle of washing up liquid.
There are four white kitchen chairs and these are so worn at the edges that they should be replaced immediately. The TV in the main area is about 26”, it’s ridiculous in this day. And age.
The balcony is excellent except, there are no sun beds there and there is plenty of room for them. There is a broken tile which has obviously been replaced and just left there.
This is an issue I could never have imagined. There are sliding double glazed doors all around the apartment and in our climate, when we close the double glazing, it also keeps all the outside noise out. In this case, there are no seals in the doors so the noise is still evident when you close them and the result is that even though you are on the 12th floor, you can hear people talking outside on the promenade as if there are in the room. The waves sound like they are in the room and as for the tractor, it tries to fix the problem areas on the beach starting around midnight. This affected my ability to sleep greatly.
I am at somewhat of a loss to understand why all these issues have not been mentioned in other reviews because we would not have booked if we were aware of the true condition of the apartment. I can only find one mention in a review from 2017 that the floor was not cleaned properly.

Wonderful Holiday
Myself and my Husband recently had a 5 week stay at the Iberia apartment during February and March 2018. We arrived late at night but where met quickly and shown into our apartment. Our first impression was very good and this didn't change after closer inspection. Its a spacious apartment with a lovely balcony which received the sun all day. We where on the 12th floor which gave a good view of the promenade and beach which was great for people watching. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery, pots and pans, glasses, cutlery, washing machine in fact all that you needed for self catering. We only used the double bedroom, but this had plenty of drawers and cupboard space for your clothes, lots of hangers as well, which was a bonus and also had an en suite. We found the bed very comfortable so always had a good nights sleep, also both bedrooms had their own TV in. You can change the audio on the TV's so some of the programs are in English. We didn't use the WIFI so can't comment on the performance of that. In the other bathroom was a shower cubicle instead of a bath with a powerful shower head. Entrance to the apartment was very secure which gave you peace of mind. Just by the apartment is a supermarket which was well stocked for your daily needs. Just round the corner on the main street is a large supermarket for more choice and very reasonable. Eating and drinking places all along the promenade, but at the time we went a lot where closed in the evening. We where located nearer to the Old town but with a brisk walk of about 15/20 mins, the newer part of Benidorm with the night life was easily reached. Nathalie was always quick to respond to any inquiries we had and a slight problem with the shower door was dealt with quickly by her. We had a wonderful holiday and would like to return .

Sorry, it looks fab, but it says it is wheelchair friendly, huh? How can you take a shower in a shower with shower-bath? and not to mention the doorstep to the balcony...

What an amazing apartment
This apartment is in a fantastic location - situated on the 12th floor the views are amazing with sun on the large balcony from sun rise to sun set. Spacious apartment, clean throughout and modern. You do have to go through 5 sets of doors to get to the apartment but that just made us feel safer. Cant wait to go back.

Geweldige lokatie, pal aan de boulevard
Het appartement zit pal aan de mooie boulevard van het Levante strand in Benidorm en ligt tegen het stadscentrum Oud Benidorm. (centrum 2 min. lopen)
Het uitzicht is aan alle kanten schitterend, de zon is van s'ochtend’s tot s avonds op je balkon en recht voor kijk je over de zee naar het Benidorm-eiland. De beschrijving van het appartement klopt, De woonkamer is ruim en heeft twee comfortabele banken en een eettafel met 4 stoelen. Een keuken met wasmachine, koelkast, vriezer, kookplaat en oven. Een luxe slaapkamer met eraan vast een badkamer met toilet, wastafel met spiegel, bad met douche (in Bad) maar daarnaast nog een losse badkamer met alles erin. De tweede slaapkamer heeft 1 tweepersoons bed en 1 eenpersoonsbed. Alles staat in verbinding met een ruime hal. Het balkon is zeer ruim en heeft de hele dag zon, wij hebben elke ochtend hier ontbeten. Het complex heeft een afgesloten parkeerterrein en ook de hoofdingang is afgesloten en alleen door de mensen van het complex toegankelijk. In het complex zijn 3 liften aanwezig.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der schönen Promenade des Levante-Strandes in Benidorm und ist liegt an das alte Stadtzentrum von Benidorm. (Zentrum 2 min laufen).
Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, und die Sonne ist von morgens bis abends auf dem Balkon und Blick direkt auf das Meer auf die Insel von Benidorm. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung, ist korrekte ,das Wohnzimmer geräumig und verfügt über zwei gemütliche Sofas und einen Esstisch mit vier Stühlen. Eine Küche mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd und Backofen. Ein Luxus-Schlafzimmer, die an ein Badezimmer mit Toilette, Waschbecken mit Spiegel, Bad mit Dusche (in Bad), sondern ess gibt auch ein separates Bad mit allem, was in ihm gehord. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Alles ist mit einer geräumigen Halle verbunden. Der Balkon ist geräumig und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, wir frühstückten da am jedem Morgen. Der Komplex verfügt über einen geschlossenen Parkplatz und der Haupteingang ist gesperrt und nur zutritt durch Volk des Komplexes. In der Anlage sind drei Aufzüge.
The apartment is right on the beautiful promenade of the Levante beach in Benidorm and is adjacent to the Old Benidorm town center. (Center 2 min run).
The view is stunning all around the sun from morning to evening on your balcony and look right over the sea to the island of Benidorm. The correct description of the apartment, the living room is spacious and has two comfortable sofas and a dining table with four chairs. A kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, stove and oven. A luxury bedroom, attached to a bathroom with toilet, washbasin with mirror, bath with shower (in Bath) but also a separate bathroom with everything in it. The second bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. Everything is connected to a spacious hall. The balcony is spacious and has sun all day, in the morning we have breakfast here every day. The complex has a closed parking lot and the main entrance is locked and only accessible by the people of the complex. In the complex are three lifts.

Amazing views and Bright Modern Apartment
Wonderful apartment, we were overwhelmed with the view from all angles. Clean ,tidy, and comfortable beds. Catered well in the kitchen enough cups, glasses, etc. Lots of tea towels washing up liquid things that you might not have if you have flown to Spain like we had!
Highly recommended to Family and Friends.
Wi-Fi worked well which was an essential - needing it for work!
If your looking for a good Indian while you are in Benidorm try the India Gate not far from the apartment the food is very good! Hope to come back. Thanks Nathalie. Heather x
