The apartment, which is located on the 2nd floor of the 'Paraiso Mar' building and has been completely renovated in 2017, consists of 3 bedrooms (in total 1 double bed and 4 single beds, all beds being long [200 cm] and with mattresses of excellent quality), two bathrooms with toilet (one with a bath tub and the other with a walk-in shower), living room, open fully equipped kitchen. There are satellite TV (UK, FR, DE, ES channels) and Wi-Fi.


The apartment has a large shaded terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pools. The building has three swimming pools: on the outside a very large swimming pool and a paddling pool for children, and inside a heated swimming pool with spa (closed from May to October). The access to the building and its garden/pools is protected and reserved for the occupiers.

The guests will be met by the staff of a small rental agency located 50m from the apartment. They will hand over keys, give practical explanations and also deal with any questions that might arise during the stay. In case they can not be reached we are also reachable by phone.

I would highly recommend this apartment for all age groups. Perfect for families with young children, but also those in their later years. I travelled with my elderly parents (80 & 86) and the apartment was perfectly located on the seafront. The master bedroom has...More

Delightful views from the terrace of the sea & Peñón, great location - near to the beach etc - and a great host who bent over backwards to make sure our stay was a comfortable one. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Un piso muy agradable...More

About the neighbourhood
All facilities are located next to the building: dozens of restaurants, cafes, ice-cream bars, a small and very well provided supermarket within 1 minute walking distance, and two very large supermarkets within 10 minutes walking distance.

Calpe is a charming little town with a very lively centre. Among the attractions are the 'Peñón de Ifach' (possibility of walking / climbing, bird watching), the beautiful sandy beaches and the very clean sea water, water sports, the theme park for children, the large number of restaurants, cafes, shops, fish
Getting around
All facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy etc.) are located next to the apartment or in maximum 5-10 minutes' walking distance. From the busstop in front of the building the town centre can be rached by bus in 10 minutes and the harbour in 5 minutes.

Calpe is ideally located. The mountainous hinterland is ideal for excursions by car, bicycle or hiking. A 25-minute drive from Calpe you will find Benidorm with a multitude of attractions: Terra Mítica (large theme park), Mundomar (dolphinarium), Terra Natura (zoo) etc. In Altea (15 minutes by car) there is a beautiful golf course as well as historical monuments. Alicante is less than an hour's drive away and Valencia one hour and twenty minutes away.

Railway: Calpe: 4.0 km
The nearest airport is Alicante (just under an hour by car). Besides by car, the transfer can be done by regular bus, shuttle service (on reservation, only little waiting time, goes directly to the Paraiso Mar building) or by taxi.

All facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy etc.) are located next to the apartment or in 5-10 minutes' walking distance. From the busstop in front of the building the town centre can be rached by bus in 10 minutes.

This means that a car is not necessary. If you come by car, please note that outside the high season plenty of free parking spaces are always available in the public street next to the building. During the high season, we recommend to book a parking space at the building (8,80€/day).
