Bahia is a brand new, spacious 1 bedroom 3rd floor apartment with a large sunny south facing balcony, perfect for sun bathing and al fresco dining.

It is situated just a short 2 minute walk from the heart of Calpe, the old town with its narrow streets and vibrant atmosphere where you can dine at a different restaurant every evening of the week. Additionally you are only an 8 1/2 minute walk to the blue flag Playa Arenal with its wide sandy beaches, promenade, relaxing beach side bars and numerous restaurants of every cuisine imaginable.

Had a fantastically eight days in the apartment over Easter! It is in a great location on the edge of the old town and within ten minutes walk of the sea. Easily accessible secure parking, short drive to the main road, great WIFI. Perfect in every way, we have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to anyone.

Very comfortable apartments are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (feel at home). The proximity of the old town with its beautiful streets, more than compensated for the relative distance from the beach. The McCraes care about this apartment and it shows as soon as you arrive. It is well furnished, spottlessly clean and very thoughtfully equipped. The provision of a welcome pack with essentials means you can be out enjoying yourselves immediately. Access to the apartment is either from the underground secure parking place by direct lift or from the street entrance through a large secure entrance hall. The lift provides access to just 4 apartments on each level so it is very quiet and private.<BR><BR>The main entrance to the apartment opens out directly into the spacious dining area and lounge, flooded with sunlight streaming in through the large sliding terrace doors. The room is very simply but stylishly furnished to make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Prices include all linen and towels. (Beach/Pool towels not included).

Please note that arrival and departure days are flexible.

Prices are per week, however part weeks are available although there is a minimum stay of 5 nights, minimum of 1 week during July and August.

Prices include all utilities ie water and electric, and the final end of holiday cleaning, although we would request that you leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.

A deposit of 25-30% is required upon booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Refundable security deposit of £100 required to cover damage/loss/excessive cleaning, payable with balance.

The apartment is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. There is some flexibility with these times if we do not have a booking immediately prior to or following your holiday dates, we can advise you if required.

Late arrivals after 11.00 pm in Calpe will be subject to a surcha...

The area is dominated by the Penon d´Ifach rock rising 332 metres from the sea, blue flag beaches stretch out from both sides of this impressive landmark. <BR><BR>Take a stroll along the wide promenade stopping off along the way at the many beach side cafes to soak up the sun and admire the view. Many low cost airline carriers fly into Alicante (55 mins drive), Valencia (1hr 5 mins drive) or even San Javier Murcia airport (1hr 30 mins drive).<BR><BR>There is a coach service from Alicante airport, you have to change at Benidorm station and then catch a further coach from Benidorm to Calpe bus station, details of the routes and timetables can be found on the website www.alsa.es (available in English).
