The house can be used as a 1 bedroom (sleeps 4 with sofa bed) apartment or as a house with 3 separate bedrooms(1 ensuite). There is a large kitchen equipped with most facilities and the rooms are of a very good size. There is a private drive for car parking.
The garden is extensive and follows down to a private olive grove with fig trees. The house looks up to the village of Pietranico on the hill and is in a stunning location but not too far off the beaten track.
