Small sunny apartment of about 45 square meters on the second floor (building C Scala C) of a condominium complex in the curtain with a doorman, located on a private street. It's located 300 meters from Trastevere Station, convenient to get to, in addition to the nearest tourist destinations, even more distant from the city center destinations (Tivoli: Villa d'Este and Villa Adriana. Ostia Antica. Castle of Bracciano ...). The apartment is very quiet although in the area of Viale Marconi, commercial street full of important stores that represent the Roman shopping. The apartment consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed and a table, a room with bunk bed, a bathroom and a nice balcony with table and chairs, which overlooks the courtyard. It's located between two of the oldest neighborhoods of Rome, Trastevere and Testaccio. It is adjacent to one of the most commercial streets of Rome, Viale Marconi and Via Oderisi Da Gubbio that, especially at night, comes to life by the presence of pubs, pizzerias, sandwich bars and cornetterie, open all night. Besides the presence of all kinds of shops (clothing, supermarkets, hairdressers, jewelers ...), just below the house are located a supermarket, a bakery, a wine bar and a bar / pastries. Although in a commercial area, the apartment is quiet because it located in an area in a private street. Trastevere is a district renowned for its nightlife, cocktails and typical Roman cuisine, but also for the famous Basilica Santa Maria in Trastevere in the homonymous square, where the night there are street performers. Here you arrive by bus 780 (stop 100 meters from home) or tram 8 from the Trastevere Station (about 300 mt).   To get to Testaccio (known for the Roman nightlife and Monte dei Cocci) you take the bus 781 (bus stop about 100 meters) or bus 170 (stop in Viale Marconi 200 mt) which arrives to Termini Station. Near Testaccio do not miss the Aventine Hill, in particular the Church of Santa Sabina, the Municipal Rose Garden and the Orange Garden. At 500 meters from home, every Sunday morning, takes place the ancient market local outdoor Porta Portese where you can buy anything (fabrics, clothing, cosmetics, home accessories ..). From Fiumicino airport you have to take the train to Trastevere Station (about 20 minutes). 10-minute walk and you arrive at the apartment. From Ciampino airport you have to take the shuttle to Termini Station and then bus 170 to Viale Marconi / Piazzale della Radio. A 10 minute walk and arrive at the apartment.More
