We will not be here to tell you how central this holiday home is located just a few steps from Piazza Navona and Campo de 'Fiori, separated by a short walk from Castel Sant'Angelo and San Pietro, a few steps from the Pantheon and Corso Vittorio Emanuele. We will not tell you all this because just take a look at the map and it is clear that the area that revolves around Piazza Navona is the heart of Rome, from which every place you want to visit is within walking distance. But what is it that makes this neighborhood unique in addition to its location? Here are just a few examples. We will not tell you all this because just take a look at the map and it is clear that the area that revolves around Piazza Navona is the heart of Rome, from which every place you want to visit is within walking distance. But what is it that makes this neighborhood unique in addition to its location? Here are just a few examples. In the same street where our apartment is located, via della Vetrina, there are some of the most interesting places in Rome. A few meters from the apartment is the Etabli restaurant, where you can enjoy Sunday brunch sitting in front of a lit fireplace. Continue in the same direction and arrive at the historic Bar del Fico. If you spend the morning you will see the elderly in the area working in exciting chess games. If instead you spend the afternoon or evening, crowds of young people crowd the square in front of the room for an aperitif or just to be seen. Continue to Piazza Navona and here is the Caffè della Pace, with its Art Nouveau style there since 1890. Do you still have doubts about why choose the area of Piazza Navona? Our house with garden and wellness area is located on the ground floor of a 17th century building in Via della Vetrina, a few steps from Piazza Navona. This apartment is a true architectural jewel that, thanks to a skilful renovation, has maintained the structural elements of the '600 enhanced by modern materials such as steel and glass. The 5-meter high ceilings with the vaulted ceilings in the living room and in the bedrooms, but also the spiral staircase in Roman bricks for access to the lower and upper floors, are historical evidences of the ancient past of this building. The ancient elements have been highlighted by the introduction of steel and glass elements, used in suspended structures, and furnishings, such as design radiators and LED lamps that illuminate the ceiling vaults. The ancient walls of the house are very thick and guarantee a mild temperature in winter and cool in summer. Despite this all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Let's see in detail how the apartment is composed. A large living room that is divided into a relaxation corner and in the dining area. In the relax area there are two sofas, one in leather design and the other sofa bed for two people (with a mattress 18 cm high) where you can relax taking advantage of the Sony 40 "flat screen TV with SKY subscription, DVD player / Blu-ray and the docking station. In the dining area you will find the modern colored crystal kitchen, with wall cabinets and drawers with a concealed opening, and the large dining table to accommodate all the guests. a single bed and has been furnished with the little ones in mind, with its colored walls and wall stickers. In this room there is also a comfortable sink that the children can use for their own hygiene or their parents to take a bath for babies. We continue our visit and find the first bathroom of the house, with a tub and walls in plum resin, followed by the master bedroom, with a double bed, TV and bathroom in the room. Made to measure by recalling the curved shapes of the vaults. The en-suite bathroom has a shower with a large chromed ceiling showerhead. In this room is the 17th-century spiral staircase that leads to the glass mezzanine and runs along the perimeter of the room. On the mezzanine there is a single bed and a curved-style wardrobe. Now we resume the same spiral staircase and go down instead in the floor below the main one. Here you will find a spacious triple bedroom, with a sauna and a bathroom with a shower. From this room another staircase that goes back to the living room. The living room leads to a flowered internal garden, complete with a table, chairs and an electric opening awning to protect your privacy. In a corner of the garden has been placed the Jacuzzi for two people. Along the walls of the garden a luxuriant American vine climbs which refreshes the summer days. All the views are internal, ensuring an extremely quiet and sheltered from street noise. Every detail of this house has been taken care of to guarantee our guests comfort and quality: from LED designer lights to sound system on all ground floor rooms (including bathroom!), From memory foam mattresses to the washing machine, dishwasher and free WI FI connection.More

Apartment via dei Coronari in the center of Rome The Coronari holiday flat is located in one of the most characteristic areas in the center of Rome. The apartment with private garden is spacious and can host up to 9 persons. It is composed of three bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a wellness area and, as mentioned, a charming private garden in the courtyard. The furnishing is modern and some antique elements like the stone spiral staircase from the 17th century are real eye-catchers. The apartment with wellness area is located on the ground floor of a 17th century palazzo on via della Vetrina, just steps away from Piazza Navona. The apartment is a veritable architectural gem that, thanks to careful renovation, has maintained the structural elements from the 17th century contrasting with modern materials like glass and steel. Five metre high ceilings with stunning vaults in the living room and bedrooms, as well as an original spiral staircase in roman brick which provides another access for the lower floor serve as testimony to the ancient past of this palazzo. Ancient elements are highlighted with the integration of modern elements in glass and steel, used in the cantilevered mezzanine in the master bedroom, furnishings, sleek design heating elements and LED light fixtures to illuminate the vaults in the ceiling. The original walls of the house are very thick and guarantee a calibrated temperature in the winter and cool in the summer. In any case the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Let’s look in details how the apartment is organized. You’re welcomed into a large living room divided into an living room and a dining space. In the living room there are 2 sofas, one in leather and the other a sofa bed for 2 (with a luxurious 18 cm memory foam mattress) where you can relax with a 40” flat screen Sony TV with SKY, DVD/blu-ray player and docking station. There is a modern kitchen in colored glass in the dining area, with cabinets and drawers with sleek hidden opening mechanisms, and a large dining table to host all the guests in your party. The first bedroom off the living room has a single bed and was designed with your little ones in mind, with colored walls and stickers. There is also a sink they can use or for the parents to give the baby a bath. We continue from the living room and find the first of three baths in the house, with a tub and prune colored walls. Further ahead is the master bedroom, with a double bed, TV and bath ensuite. The closets were custom made recalling the curvature of the vaults in the ceiling. The bath ensuite features a shower with a large rainshower. In the corner of the master bedroom you’ll find the spiral staircase from the 17th century that provides access to the mezzanine crafted in glass and runs along the perimetre of the room. In the mezzanine there is a single bed and a closet with the same curved design. Now we’ll take the spiral stairs down from the ground floor to the finished basement. Here you’ll find a real treat. A real wellness area with a large bathub for two with hydromassage, a Sauna for two persons, and a shower, also with hydromassage and a chair. Relax with diffuse background music while you're in the sauna or enjoying the beautiful lights of the chromotherapy in the tub. After each session you can relax on the loungers and enjoy some tea made with the kit you'll find in the bedroom next door. We sure you will be tempted to stay here and relax instead of visiting the city! Next to the wellness room is another spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and bath ensuite with a shower. From this bedroom there is another, larger staircase that leads to the living room. There is a courtyard garden off the living room, with outdoor seating and an electric sun shade to offer privacy from the floors above. Lush ivy climbs the walls of the garden providing refreshment to hot summer days. The garden is well situated between buildings which guarantees a very quiet and peaceful environment to relax after spending the day on the chaotic and noisy streets of Rome. Every detail of this vacation home has been crafted to provide our guests with comfort and quality: from the sleek LED lights to the piped stereo system throughout the house (including the bath!), from the memory foam mattresses to the washing machine, dishwasher and complimentary wifi internet. Additional amenities include: DVD player with blu-ray, heating, free wi fi, a/c in all rooms, bidet, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen, linen/towels, wc with bidet, wellness, i-phone 3-4 station radio, lcd TV with sky cinema, high pressure power shower, american coffee maker.
