Outside the two living rooms there is a portico with comfortable sofas, dining table and barbecue. In the garden there is the swimming poll with sun beds and another portico with comfortable sofas and dining table. Private parking . Inside the villa the owner has reserved a space for her firm which has no interference with the villa and has a separete entrance. It is guaranteed to the clients a total privacy. The neighborhood The villa is located in a luxury area, and precisely in the Olgiata District, inside of which is the famous namesake Golf Club, just 25 km away from the center of Rome, 30 minutes by car. The area is monitored 24 hours a day by a security service that controls the access, which makes the District very safe and quiet. The neighborhood is characterized by large green areas with beautiful villas, and also includes the residences of many personalities from the sport and entertainment world. There are three clubs: the Olgiata Country Club, the Olgiata Golf Club and Riding Club. There is a riding club and also a tennis club very close to the Villa. You will also find the Olgiata Sporting Club where you can swim, play soccer, work out, etc. The nearest beach is Fregene, 35 km from the Villa. There is also a beautiful lake called Martignano within 17 km. The surroundings are all very beautiful, there are many beautiful small towns and villages that you can visit, please keep in mind that the center of Rome is just 25 km away from the Villa. There are two entrances: the North entrance from Via Formellese and the South entrance from Via Antonio Conti. Surroundings In no more than 25 minutes drive you can visit the VEIO REGIONAL PARK, characterized by interesting historical elements, nature and a beautiful landscape. Of particular interest: the Roman Villa of Campetti, archaeological ruins that stretch for 10,000 square meters in which emerge a cistern and a nymph, the Mola of the Isola Farnese, mill from the early twentieth century with its Fosso della Mola, a small waterfall near the windmill and the volcano of Sacrofano. With 25 minutes drive you can also visit the Lake of Bracciano, with its charming villages and the thirteenth century ruins of the Rocca Orsini. Just 30 minutes by car you reach the center of Rome.
