questo è ciò che senti appena conosci i proprietari di questa casa vacanze.
Cosa die? sono stata da loro moltissime volte e ogni volta ad accogliermi al check in uno splendido sorriso della proprietaria unito a serietà , professionalita . L'appartamento non è bello. di più!!! Organizzatissimo, in ordine , pulitissimo e completo di tutto il necessario. Arredato con gusto, con un terrazzo dove nelle giornate tiepide anche di autunno puoi rilassarti. Credo la mia casa vacanze preferita in assoluto.

PARFAIT!
Tout est absolument parfait à la Terrazza Fiorita : la situation et le confort de l'appartement, l'accueil chaleureux et efficace tout en restant discret. C'est la deuxième fois que nous nous y rendons et si nous revenons à Rome, c'est dans cette locations que nous voudrons être!

Inviting terrace and lovely amenities
The apartment exceeded the expectations of our family of two adults and two teenagers. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with robes and slippers for all of us, a freshly baked tart, a fridge with drinks, and a fully-supplied espresso maker. We loved waking up every morning and having our coffee on the terrace while the teens slept in. Chiara and her dad even offered to take us on a night tour of Rome. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

Excellent location and excellent service
I was met at the property by the owner, Livio and his wife. Livio was very generous with his time and I was quite pleased that his English language skills were so good. Livio was a very generous guy. He met us with a freshly baked tart and helpful pamphlets and advice. Livio explained the apartment requirements in great detail. The location was truly outstanding as it was very centrally located. We walked everywhere as truth-told, you are just close to everything. As an added bonus, Livio met us one evening in his own vehicle and generously took us for a private sight-seeing car trip around Rome. Livio is very knowledgeable and I personally learned a great deal about Roman history from the tour. Livio is flexible too since we were driving in from another city and were not able to provide an exact time of arrival for him. My brother and his wife in addition to another friend of mine stayed at this property and highly recommended it for me, my wife and my son. I am glad they did. I know when I go back to Rome I will not have to "shop around" for a place to stay. I will return to this property. My experience was excellent!

una bellissima sorpresa
un appartamento meraviglioso non solo per l'arredamento, la posizione e lo stabile ma per la cura dei dettagli e per tutto ciò che i proprietari mettono a disposzione... mai trovata a Roma una casa vacanza così curata e pulita. Inoltre la signora al ceck-in è stata Meravigliosa facendomi trovare uno spuntino per pranzo e non è assolutamente da tutti. A prestissimo
