Condo/Apartment
Quaint and bright flat about 45 sm, 2 minutes walking from Santa Maria in Trastevere. Recently restored. Downstairs you have a nice living room (english antique furniture, double sofa, TV) a bright kitchen (with gas cookers, electric oven, and refrigerator) and a bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. Upstairs you have the double bed and a wide the closet. The flat can host up to 4 people. Although the flat is placed in the most characteristic part of Trastevere, 2 minutes wakling from Piazza Trilussa and Santa Maria in Trastevere (which is in the trendy and crowded center of the district) the flat benefits from a very calm and quiet surrounding. The flat is placed in an ancient building at the first floor and has four windows overlooking an interior bright and quiet courtyard. It is the right place where you can enjoy after a day visiting Rome and share for a pleasant stay with your family or your friends. The apartment is located in the old part of Trastevere. The district maintains its character thanks to its narrow cobbled streets lined by medieval houses. At night, natives and tourists alike flock to its many pubs and restaurants, but much of the original character of Trastevere remains. The area is also home to several foreign academic institutions. The unique character of this neighborhood has attracted artists, foreign expats, and many famous people. More

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is located in vicolo del Bologna a few meters from Santa Maria in Trastevere and Ponte Sisto the very heart of historic central Trastevere. It is a magical place with a unique atmosphere, only a short walk to Campo the Fiori and Piazza Navona on the otehr side of the river half an hour walking to Vatican and Coliseum.During the day, Piazza San Cosimato Campo dei Fiori hosts an open food market where you can find seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as fresh meat and fish. In the district of Trastevere is plenty of many typical Trattorias and Hostarias. In via del Moro there is a very delicious bakery ('La Renella') for hot bread (they make bread and pizzas anytime also on sunday) and a slice of a large variety of pizzas for almost 24 hours a day (also on Sunday) .
