    The house is located in a historic building,built in the seventeenth century by Pope Sixtus V, the noble floor was reserved for him, is in fact enriched with the beautiful wooden ceilings completely hand painted by artists of the period. A beautiful balcony, which is accessed from one of the rooms and, like most of the house, overlooks right on Via del Governo Vecchio, provides a unique overview of one of the most typical streets of the historic center of Rome.     Our host's driver picked us up at the airport and took us straight to the front door where we were met by the host.
