Perfect base for exploring Rome and vicinity
This is the second time that my family and I have stayed at this apartment. We love the neighborhood and proximity to transportation (buses and metro stops), not to mention that it is walking distance to St. Peter's Square, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza del Popolo, the Borghese Gardens, etc. There are also some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Hop on the bus or the metro and the entire city of Rome is accessible.

Уютная квартира с тдеальным расположением!
Очень понравились апартаменты. Отличный вид с терассы. Нам были предоставлены халаты, тапочки и пирог доя завтрака!)) Нас с мужем встретил Ливио, очень внимательный, отлично говорит на английском, подсказал куда пойти, дал схему метро и карту центра города, рассказал, где в округе лучше поужинать и где супермаркеты.
Очень понравилась обстановка и чистота в квартире, уютно по-домашнему и заботливо как в отеле.
Расположение идеальное,до Ватикана подать рукой, метро недалеко, автобусная остановка.
В общем, однозначно рекомендую!!!

Il nous a reçu très gentiment nous avons pu nous désaltérer il y avait des rafraîchissements, puis il nous a proposé de nous guider une journée en ville. Tous est prévu, il ne manque rien. C'est très soigné, très attentionné, vraiment un séjour de rêve. Pour une famille c'est ideal. Le 6eme étage n'est pas dangereux. Il y a une rembarde, très large.Des gens charmants. Nous y reviendrons, le quartier est très bien desservi par les bus et le métro, il y a des garages partout..

Appartement fonctionnel et très agréable. Confort maximum (clim, draps, linge de bain, café, télé..). Terrasse et vue extraordinaire. Emplacement stratégique (à 2 pas de tout à pied : centre ville, Vatican, bus, métro, commerces, resto). Accueil et investissement du propriétaire exceptionnels, (accueil convivial, parle français, visite touristique chaleureuse et très intéressante).

great place to stay, has everything you need
The only way to describe, La Terrazza Fiorita is PERFECTION, Chiara supplies toiletries, hair dryer, towels, robe and slippers. the apartment was very clean with everything you need, microwave, fridge, hob and coffee machine . lovely crockery. Chiara`s father Livio met us off the bus and took us to the apartment, where he offered us sandwiches and soft drinks, what a lovely surprise , he offered to take us on a tour of Rome one evening, we saw and learned a lot, some things we would never have found on our own, he made it fascinating. hope to stay there again. can recommend highly.

Unsere Reise nach Rom (zwei Erwachse, zwei Kinder) hat mit dem sehr netten Empfang durch Chiara und Livio angefangen.
Unsere Reise nach Rom (zwei Erwachse, zwei Kinder) hat mit dem sehr netten Empfang durch Chiara und Livio angefangen. Sie haben uns nicht nur mit einem leckeren Schokokuchen überrascht, sondern auch sich viel Zeit genommen, uns alles Wichtige rund um die Wohnung und die Umgebung zu zeigen. Wir haben viele Empfehlungen von Livio umgesetzt und waren sehr mit den Restauranterfahrungen und den Ausflügen z.B. nach Ostia Antica zufrieden.
Die Wohnung läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig - eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem Nötigen an Geschirr. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, den Kühlschrank mit gekühlten Getränken vorzufinden, ebenso verschiedene Teesorten und sogar eine Nespresso-Kaffemaschine.
Alles war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und sehr einladend eingerichtet. In beiden Schlafzimmern konnte man sich nachts sehr gut nach den anstrengenden Tagen ausruhen. Morgens hat die sonnige Terasse zum Frühstück mit Blick über den Tevere eingeladen.
Mille grazie, wir kommen wieder!

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) just spent 6 days at La Terrazza Fiorita, Rome City Center and completely loved
Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) just spent 6 days at La Terrazza Fiorita, Rome City Center and completely loved it. Chiara’s dad, Signore Leli, was here to greet us upon our arrival and showed us how everything worked, where the local grocery store was, the best restaurants closest to the apartment, and how the bus and metro system worked. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed including a washing machine and a wonderful little terrace. The neighborhood was very nice. There was a supermarket nearby, as well as a number of bakeries, gelato places and good restaurants. The location is very close to Castel Sant'Angelo, the Vatican, Piazza Navonna and Piazza del Popolo. On the third night of our stay, Signore Leli drove us around on a tour of Rome and explained the historical significance of the locations we visited. We could not have been more pleased with our apartment stay in Rome!!!

Livio est un hôte prévenant qui parle couramment français et anglais, qui sait partager sa passion pour sa ville, les contacts ont été très bons, nous les avons vraiment appréciés, merci encore Livio !
la situation de l'appartement est idéale, le Vatican à 15 minutes à pied ainsi que la place del popolo, mais aussi le métro, les bus...un magasin d'alimentation
bref cela nous convenait parfaitement en offrant un rapport qualité prix très intéressant.
bref bonne adresse, nous recommandons.

After a memorable visit to Rome last week, I can say that this apartment is in the Top Drawer Rankings...It is very centrally located..in a lovely peaceful area with amazing views from the Terrace..Great local restaurants nearby..The apartment is very well presented..with everything supplied for permanent or temporary living...the fridge was stocked up with water, minerals, and a welcome Home Made cake.. The Coffee Machine with pods was a real bonus...It is a really comfy apartment with spacious bathroom, nicely laid out Living/Dining area and two bedrooms..each with a balcony..plenty of storage.
Ciara and her Dad Livio were so informative and obliging. .We felt it was like being at home on arrival. .A tip for finding each area easily is use the River and Its bridges as your landmarks..we discovered this too late into our 6 day visit!! Most important areas are within 10/15 mins walk..We can't wait to return and our friends who stayed nearby in 4*Hotel were totally envious.
