Overview
Trieste, Province of Trieste, Friuli Venezia Giulia
In one of the many houses in Liberty style of Trieste, Domus Liberta takes place near the railway station and the Trieste-Opicina tramway, just a few minutes from the “Rive” and Piazza Unità d'Italia, and along the road to Miramare Castle and the Barcola Riviera: a stylish and comfortable holiday house, located in a mansion of the early '900 with cozy and roomy spaces.

The house, completely renovated, has an atmosphere of old Mitteleuropa and will make you go back in time in a postcard-Trieste. Through its rooms, mostly furnished with original antique furniture restored, you can experience the same atmosphere, accompanied by all the conveniences of a modern home. All rooms have been recently renewed and offer to our guests the ultimate in peace and comfort.

Huge rooms, high ceilings extremely well presented and gorgeous restored old furniture. Parquet flooring throughout. Just two of us but if you were four you would not be crowded. It can take more if you sacrifice the living room. It is at the back of a building on the Miramare opposite the station so well served by buses, walk-able to...

A catalogue of errors – some ours, others down to poor customer service by the apartment management – meant we did not even stay one night of the two we booked. We got lost (a street away, as it turned out) when our satnav failed. We called to ask the meet-and-greet for help; they would not come to meet us....

Management response:

About what you wrote, we would like to point out some details, that will help us clarify what happened and help our...

Myself, my partner and my parents stayed at the Domus Liberta for three nights in July and what a fantastic stay it was. Our coach arrived early in Trieste, but after a quick phone call to Manuel he came to meet us within minutes. He was extremely helpful and even though we arrived late at night, he very helpfully explained...
