The house Del Parco di Portoconte is in a terraced small villa in Portoconte ,Maristella, in the Natural Park.of Portoconte. , not far from the beach.. There are 3 large rooms with balcony and 2 bathrooms .The house is equipped with air conditioning. The sitting room is very nice and dining room seats 8 people.there is a traditional restaurant Trattoria, Pizzeria in front of the house an a market/ bazar , m150 far from the house The small garden is well equipped with furniture, for breakfast , table and chairs.. Parking free in front of the house . In the area you can practice trekking, wind surf, kayaking,diving, go kart, sailing. It's possible to rent boats and bikes. Nature walks and picturesque landscapes in the area and adventures park for adults and young people. Lovely place

Nice terraced house near Alghero. It is located near a beautiful park, a restaurant and a small shop. The owners were very friendly, helpful and caring. I do recommend this place.

The holiday house of PortoConte is in Maristella, Porto Conte in the Natural Park, the beach of PortoConte is close to the house, in the wonderful Bay of Conte, the Nautical Base of Marina is a nice place for renting a boat and visit the natural area. Capo Caccia the famous Promontory is not far, and the road is a splendid landscape along the beach of Pineta Mugoni. In the area the best beachs of Nord east of Sardinia, Lazzaretto e Bombarde and the famous Neptune's Grotto, Adventure Park and Archaeological sites. Alghero town is only 7 km far and Fertilia is km 4 far, you can reach them by bus and by bikes. Parking is always available in front of B&B.
Getting around
The are is full of amenities. You can practice sports: kayaking, hiking, go kart, sailing , windsurf, biking and so on. The House of The Natural park of Portoconte is km 5 from the house. At Tramariglio there is a small Museo. Exposition of Sculptures of Elio Pulli. Interesting events evere week . ( see the-planning in Parco di Porto Conte) You can visit too the archeological site of Sant’Imbenia. In the Bay of Baia di Conte, it’ a wonderful site the Roman bath ruins. One of the best bay of surroundings is Cala Dragunara is an Amazing place, wonderful stay on the way to Neptun’s Grotto.
