It is an open space, so the living area shares space with the dining area and the kitchen as well, all harmoniously combined and blended in one unique beautiful ambient, with a 6mt tall ceiling above.
There are the florentine cotto pavement, and some very beautiful old wooden travi a vista on the ceiling. Going up the small stairs you will find the bathroom, with a comfortable shower and a new washing machine as well.
On the loft space there is a nice and comfortable double bed, with two small light and reading tables on the side. It is extremely bright as well and the white wooden floor gives it a really nice modern touch.
In the bedroom space there is also a very conveniently located wardrobe. On this note, I have to say that the house is extremely practical, and does not at all suffer from absence of space, or lack of storage at all, making it very enjoyable and extremely liveable.
Even the kitchen is fully equipped, with a cutting area on the other side of the stove, and a very useful dishwasher as well. For the warm periods, there is a fully functioning A/C system, and for the colder periods, even if under roof, the heating system is perfectly places so you will not at all suffer from the cold.

Delightful host, we love this character full place. I could not take my eyes from the gorgeous monuments you can see from the huge window. Cosy, close to the town centre, we loved it.

Great host, great location
My wife an I had a terrific stay in this loft apartment.
Beatrice is such a lovely lady, very helpful with what to do and see and even let us keep our bags in her apartment on our departure day so we could explore some more.
The views from the apartment are wonderful and certainly have a wow factor.
For us the best thing was location. The Duomo (main tourist attraction of Florence) became our landmark that we are close to home.
Thanks again Beatrice and I hope to come stay in your lovely apartment again in the future.

What a view!
Wonderful stay at La Loggia right in the heart of Florence. It was a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of all the wonderful museums of Florence. Thanks to Beatrice for giving us advice on dining and shopping! The kids were very comfortable on the trundle bed and we enjoyed the loft. An elevator made it easy to get us (and our luggage) up to the top floor so we could enjoy the marvelous views. Hearing the bells chime every morning and evening was enchanting. Would recommend this apartment to everyone!

Fantastic Apartment in central Florence
The apartment was beautiful, the views were perhaps better than the photos suggested! Amazing. The owner is so helpful and really kind. We loved Florence and the apartment. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back. Tiny little key operated lift is very cute but not good if you are claustrophobic! Apartment is very central and everything is walking distance. Would never get bored of the views. The apartment felt like home, very comfortable and heals everything we needed.

Loft w Wonderful Veiws Above The Commotion of Florence
Beatrice was warm and welcoming, speedy w email answers. It was so nice to get home after a full day of sightseeing and be able to have privacy, views and a comfortable environment to relax in.

Fabulous quirky loft appartment in the heart of Florence
This is the most amazing appartment right in the centre of Florence. The views from the windows that go right round the appartment are superb and you can see everything including the Tuscan hills in the background. We were even able to spot the appartment from the top of the Vechio Palace tower!. Everything was in strolling distance and there was the added bonus of a couple of cycles which could be used to explore a little further afield. Beatrice the owner is extremely welcoming. The little square just round the corner is a real gem. If you are looking for a place with character right in the centre then I would recommend you give this a try, we certainly plan to return!

Perfect, magical holiday in the middle of Florence.
Everything I would have hoped it would be. Air-conditioning struggled a bit and shower difficult to bend over in.
Very quiet and very central, wonderful location, fabulous roof-top views, light and airy.
Owner a very special lady.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Everything about this loft above the red tile roof tops is an artists dream and very well represented by the owners, Beatrice and her daughters. Three friends stayed here together and we were more than comfortable. We had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It's wrapped in windows facing every direction with stunning views.The Duomo is close and the first sight of it out the window took my breath away, literally! La Loggia is centrally located so the sites/sights are close and within easy walking distance. I had the feeling of being far away from the nearby busy streets so when you go "home" to La Loggia, you find it a place of respite and rejuvenation after a full day of sightseeing in lovely Florence.
We had WiFi while there but the WiFi option in this review forum would not let me select it.
We also booked through Airbnb and could not leave a review because it needs to be done within fourteen days of stay and we were home too late to give that review. :(

Fantastic
We had such an amazing time and Beatrice was incredibly hospitable and kind. The location was perfect and only a few minutes walk from the main attractions. I would definitely love to go back again!
