Sorry, no Jacuzzi, but there's everything else you may need for a perfect stay in Florence: 70m₂, one master bedroom and one twin bedroom, WC and bathroom, living/dining room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), Satellite LED TV and DVD Player, Bookcrossing, Highspeed Wifi, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle), iron and ironing board, air conditioning and two balconies. A toddler bed/cot and a highchair are available upon request for families with babies.
On the third floor of a building with elevator and private parking and conveniently located near the main station Santa Maria Novella, within walking distance from the Duomo and the historical centre.

Yes this property is very close to station. If you wish to take a cab it would cost 5 Euros. One can walk down to the destination from Station if you carry less luggage. It has all amenities from Kitchen utensils to Microwave gas connection, Dish washer to name a few. Roos are well decorated. We were greeted by the...

“Fantastic Florence Apartment - highly recommended”

My friend and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at this apartment and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed; excellent location (5 minute walk from SMN station), bright, light and roomy apartment that was in excellent condition with full kitchen and bathroom facilities, as well fast and reliable Wi-Fi and A/C that worked. “Good location, clean and roomy apartment”

Particularly like the balcony which gets the sun in the morning, great for breakfast. Area is quiet and yet not far from the main railway station, so it was an easy walk to the flat. There is also a lift which helps with the luggage. We were met at the apartment and shown around the flat, communication was good.

Conveniently located near the Main Train Station (walking distance) and in a quiet street outside the Limited Traffic Area, Variopinto offers its guests a private parking right in the courtyard of the building. At 200mt from the apartment there are several bus stops that allow you to reach the historical center in 5 minutes. From the Amerigo Vespucci Airport (1.2km) you can reach the train station in 25 minutes by shuttle bus (taxi is also an option: 20€!). From the station you can also take buses to visit Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and other tourist attractions in Tuscany or shopping malls and outlets (The Mall, Space Prada Outlet ...).
