Villa Sant'Alessio was built in 1903 in Art Nouveau style, designed by a renowned Italian architect and it offers a cosy, familiar and yet elegant atmosphere. it is about 400sqm, split on two floors and can accomodate 8+2 guests. There are 4 bedrooms ( two ensuites, two with shared bathroom), one restroom, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large living room and veranda. The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with an outside sitting and dining area, an olive grove and fruit trees. It is situated very close to Lucca making it a perfect location not only for the proximity to the town but also for exploring the beautiful and peaceful surrounding countryside. We enjoyed the house for the separated bathrooms/bedrooms. The grounds and front porch are very pleasant. The grocery store and several places to eat & drink nearby were a real plus.

This villa is so classic Italian with marble floors, high ceilings, garden setting and flower pots on the veranda. We felt very relaxed and comfortable in this beautiful home.
