The apartment was well situated, away from the busy strip, yet within 15-20 minutes walking distance to the beach, shops or local amenities. Everything we could possibly need was on site including an ice-box for picnics, beach play objects, sun-hats and more. I noted a...More

Just back from a fantastic holiday at this apartment.Michelle,the owner was so easy to deal with and everything went smoothly.She arranged transfers to andfrom airport for us which was very reasonably priced.We also opted for the welcome pack which was really adequate.Apartment was immaculate.Would definitely...More

Living room bedroom 2 - One full size twin bed and one pull out bed, side table and built in wardrobe with concealed drawers. Sliding doors separates this space from the living room to create a private second bedroom.

Bathroom -Shower over bath, sink unit, wc, bidet.

Living/Dining Area -Comfortably furnished with a large leather corner sofa. A large TV with Satellite television & DVD player. A table and chairs should you choose to dine in. The balcony overlooks the pool area.

Utility Room- Iron, ironing board with plenty of storage area for suitcases etc….

Additional Rate and Availability Information
Cancellation. If a cancellation is necessary after paying your deposit or after full payment has been made for the cost of the holiday, the following are the terms of cancellation: Deposit non refundable(25% of the total Holiday cost) 42 - 29 days = loss of 50% 28 - 22 days = loss of 60% 21 - 14 days = loss of 75% 14 days or less = loss of 100% of holiday.

Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure plus £100.00 refundable breakage deposit. The breakage deposit will be refunded 14 days after departure once all is well with the apartment.

Loss of keys will be deducted from the breakage deposit.

Travel insurance is recommended.

Please contact the owner for a standard Euro rate.

Short stays - charged at the daily rate plus £45 exit clean

Should you arrive later than 11pm our keyholders charge €15.00 late arrival charge is is paid for locally on arrival at the apartment.

The tourist capital of the Algarve. Albufeira boasts some of the best beaches in the world, 9 golf coarses, great restaurants, and a nightlife which caters for every desire. Corcovada is very centrally situated within Albufeira close to all amenities yet private enough for those wanting total relaxation. A short walk by day to 'Santa Eulalia' beach or 'Oura' beach, and in the evening to 'The Strip' with its lively atmosphere or where you can take the tour bus to the nearby 'Old Town' and 'Fisherman's Beach' if a chilled out ambience is your preferred.
