The lovely spacious pool area is well equipped with sun loungers, there is a large shared pool in the centre of the terrace and a smaller childrens pool, and there are covered cabana style areas plus outside toilet facilities.
This apartment has a gate that leads out to the pool terrace direct from the balcony.

The managers of the apartment can hire cots for £30 per week, highchairs for £15 per week or a baby bundle for £50 per week to include a baby bath, cot and highchair. Winter rentals get a €25 euro allowance on the weekly rate towards the electricity and gas consumption anything over this will be charged at the local rate.
Interaction with guests:Â Algarve Accommodation Agency is the managing agent for this apartment, our office is open daily apart from Sundays from 9 am - 5 pm. We meet and greet all our clients and show the around and point them in the right direction to all the local amenities and attractions, we do have a 24 hour emergency mobile to be on hand if needed at any time.

It all starts with the arrival and Vicki staying late to meet and welcome us early evening on a Saturday. Vicki had also arranged for our rental vehicle and had it at the condo waiting for us. The unit comes with underground parking which is really convenient, and a place to keep your car cool and out of the sun. Going inside and the place is clean and fresh, and several surprises were waiting for us. She had pre-stocked the fridge for us weary travelers: cold beers, bread, cheese, meat slices, milk, etc - this is the extra touch.
All of what you need is in the unit, you are self sufficient, and its close walking distance to the town, the marina, stores etc. After a long day of walking around , the pool right outside is awesome to chill out in. The unit is in a quite area, but close to the nightlife action.
We miss it everyday we’ve been back in the rat race.

Another brilliant rental
This was our 4th rental from Algarve Accommodation and as always it was fantastic. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Nice patio area with outdoor bbq. From the patio direct access down a few steps to the pool area. Pool and surrounding area cleaned regularly during our fortnight stay. Massive thanks to Vicki and the team at Algarve Accomodation. Already looking forward to our villa next year that we booked before we left. 5* service again guys.

Amazing location
This property is close to everything you could need while staying in Lagos. Walking distance to the beach and over to old Lagos where you have cobblestone streets and cafes and shops. The walkout patio is where we ate almost every meal and the walkout to the pool made relaxing in the sun effortless. One of the best we’ve ever rented. Our entire family loved it.

Perfect Location - Clean, roomy and super convenient - Definitely coming back next year!
We spent a week and explored the local rea and could not have been ina better spot to go to the spectacular beach and access the restaurants and night life! The condo was extremely comfortable, celan and well maintained and check in was super quick and convenient. The best featrure is the walk-out to the beautiful deck and pool area. I HIGHLY recommend this condo!

What a great town to explore
Fantastic location with easy walks to restaurants, grocery store, the beach and old town. 5 min. walk to the Marina, 10 min. to old town and the beach. Great base location to explore the Algarve. Apartment was very clean and had all required amenities for a great stay. The pool being accessible from the apartment was also a nice touch. Will be back again soon.

Location location! Fantastic and convienient with all amenities close by!
This condo is only a 10 in walk to the marina and Old-town Lagos! This amazing place has great living space with the pool right in front of the outdoor deck (walk right into the pool from your patio) that has a built in fireplace /BBQ! Definitely revisiting!

perfect, perfect perfect
Went for a Christmas time getaway. We were looking for a place with sunshine, great food and relatively inexpensive. This place had it all. The weather was perfect for us to hike, bike and walk the town. Spectacular dishes of all kinds including sea food rice and fish cataplana.
Lots of English spoken so no problem getting around and getting what you want. Now we want to see the place in the summer.
The flat is really spot on for a couple or a family. Walk out to a wonderful terrace with bbq and private gate to the pool. Fully furnished with everything you need to have a true holiday.

Spectacular place
As with the other review this place is incredible. Having the pool for the kids to splash around in at your door step was an incredible feature. Other properties we have stayed in you typically had to take an elevator down to pool carrying all your gear. Here my Husband barbecued while I watched kids all from the comfort of our private patio that are literally steps to the pool.
All the places you want to be in Lagos are within walking distance. The beach is 4 mins, the marina is 2, train station 2, downtown 10. It was such a nice treat to be so close to all of these spots. And While we had a car (landed in Faro) we rarely used it except to go to Sagres. We will be going back in 2019 to this perfectly situated lovely flat.

Great location and place
This location was ideal. It was close to everything, but felt like I was away from 'everything'. If it was a good day for the beach, it was a short walk. If the beach was too cold or too windy or too hot or too crowded, the pool was a fantastic place to chill and relax. There were other families so we had people to talk to, if we felt like it, but tons of privacy if we just wanted to read or have a quiet meal or cup of coffee. It never felt noisy or overcrowded. And having a ground floor unit made it easy to access. I enjoyed going for a quick swim before bed, especially on hot days or after a day of touring.
It was also a short walk to the marina and to the town so we could go out for a meal or shopping or ice cream. I loved just sitting at the marina enjoying a drink or two.
We also took advantage of booking the kayak tour through the agency. We had an awesome time! Seeing the cliffs from the water was breath-taking.
This time, we had rented a car, but I think next time, we will take the train in from either Lisbon or Faro since the condo is just a 2 min. walk from the train station. I'm not one to pack lightly so not having to lug suitcases up hills and through narrow streets with lots of pedestrians etc. is a huge advantage for me. I would consider taking the train to go and visit other towns and sites.
The condo itself is well maintained and clean. I plan to go back.

Incredible location and beautiful apartment!!!!
We have travelled the world and stayed at many rental units in England, France, Italy, Canada, USA and now recently discovered this gem in Lagos. This unit is immaculate, modern and has all the amenities of home. This ideal location is literally 2 min walk to the beach and train station. A short 5 minute walk and you are in beautiful downtown Lagos with its excellent shops, cafes and restaurants. 2-3 minute walk and you are at the Lagos Marina. NO CAR REQUIRED!
We have a young family so going to the pool was as easy as opening the gate access from the large beautiful balcony (no stairs or lifts required) felt like it was our private oasis. BBQ on the patio with a glass of wine while going for a swim sitting watching the sun go across the sky was an incredible daily treat.
Want to go to the beach, no problems a 2 min walk and you can enjoy 5 km’s of Mea Pria!!
We are so looking forward to going back in 2018!

About the neighbourhood
The apartments are situated between the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a 5 minute walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.
In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.
