The villa is located in a semi-rural setting adjacent to Algarvian countryside. Approached by a private drive, it sits in a lovely large plot with mature gardens featuring flowering shrubs, olive, fig and almond trees. The whole situation is secluded and private despite being only minutes away from beach, shops, marina, bars and restaurants. The villa sleeps 8 people in 4 twin / double bedrooms – two with en-suite bathrooms. The living rooms are on the ground floor and the bedrooms and three bathrooms are upstairs.

There are fine, panoramic views from the two balconies with glimpses of the sea with views of the Monchique mountains to the rear. We honestly couldn't have wished for a better villa in a better location. The villa itself has everything you could want from table tennis tables to swimming pools to a lovely balcony with excellent views. Lovely large villa, great for outdoor living! Swimming pool was fantastic surrounded by a lovely garden. Very peaceful and relaxing but close to Lagos and easy access to all beaches. We had a fantastic time and would go back tomorrow!

The villa is built with a conventional arrangement - the living rooms are on the ground floor and the 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The two double bedrooms both have en-suites with showers and one has a bath as well. The living room is divided into sitting and dining areas, both of which are spacious and well equipped. There is a large sunny family kitchen with breakfast table.<BR><BR>Large games room with table tennis, pool table and table football. There is also an exercise bike and step aerobics. <BR><BR>Family friendly features include Cot with bedding, high chair, stairgate, steriliser, baby alarm, baby bath, potty, toddler loo seat, table booster seat, plastic crockery and cutlery, selection of toys and games.<BR><BR>

Sunday arrival - an additional £40 per check in. Optional pool safety fence available free of charge. The overall price includes Portuguese VAT (IVA) at 6%
