Fully gated with a wall surround and security entrance, makes this a perfect and safe place for families with young children during the summer months.

It has central heating making it an ideal base for all golf fans that like the more idyllic early golfing months of the year. (There is an additional cost for central heating).

The villa is close to Lagos town centre, Lagos Marina and Meia Praia beach, all of which are within walking distance. Praia da Luz, another beach town, is a 10 minute drive away.

For golf-lovers, Palmares Golf Course is only a 5 minute drive from the villa. And other golf courses such as Boavista and Parque da Floresta are also very accessible.

Positives Great accommodation. Very comfortable for 8. Beutiful pool, rooftop patio, ample living space. Fairly handy to Lagos. Fiendly staff who were on out doorstep offering to get provisions for us the day we arrived, and who dealt with problems efficiently and promptly. Negatives Pool...More

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Christmas rental prices available upon request. Discounts for longer lets - please ask. An additional fee will be charged for the use of central heating. Please ask for details. Cots, high chairs and room fans are available to rent at a small additional price. Saturday to Saturday changeover. Times of arrival and departure can be flexible according to previous and oncoming guests. We can offer flexibility on changeover days outside the peak periods.

We require 30% (non-refundable) deposit of the total price payable at the booking time. The further remaining amount, must be received 4 weeks before departure date. We also require a £400 deposit payable with the final payment. This is a deposit we hold to cover any breakages and damages that may have been caused to the villa and its contents during your stay. We also ask that the villa be left in a similar state to how you found it.

From faro airport, 52 miles (83kms), car journey: approximately 1 hour. Easyjet, British airways, and major airlines service Faro Airport.

Car hire recommended, although we can arrange taxi/minibus pickups from the airport to our villa. Price on application.

Trains run to Lagos frequently too.
