This little duplex is perfect for two persons (one real bed 140x200 and one sofa bed 120x190). It consists of kitchenette with dining and living area on the first floor ( with sofa bed) and sleeping room with bathroom on the upper level (no doors between floors). About the neighbourhood
Alfama is the most charismatic neighbourhood in Lisbon, one of few that survived 1755. earthquake. It's a labyrinth of narrow cobblestone streets and small squares. Lisbon down town - Baixa, is about 15 min walking from the apartment, as well as Castle of São Jorge, beautiful viewpoints (Portas do Sol, Graça, Senhora do Monte), legendary tram No. 28, etc. Many places of interest are walking distance.On Tuesdays and Saturdays, you can enjoy the atmosphere of Lisbon flea market. Public parking, few banks, pharmacies,grocery stores, supermarkets in vicinity.
Getting around
Santa Apolónia (train/metro station) is less than 5 min walking, but we suggest you to discover Lisbon by feet, because the best things are hidden in small streets of our neighbourhood. Most important sightseeing spots are walking distance from our apartment.
