the apartment is small ,clean ...but it is near the center a bit hard with the streets are on the slope a bit difficult to climb I can't say that the area or the apartment was wonderful but it was clean and close to the subway, train, tram .... but about Lisbon yes I can says it is very amazing and the fireworks from the night of the New Year was spectacular;))

Kleine Ferienwohnung auf einem Hügel in Lissabon
Die Wohnung lag in der Altstadt von Lissabon, mitten auf einem Hügel und war nur zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch wenn der Weg zu zwei Metrolinien gleich weit war, musste erst der steile Hügel bezwungen werden. Für 5 Personen war die Wohnung sehr klein. Es gab zwar zwei Schlafzimmer, allerdings ohne Schränke und das eine ohne Fenster. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gab es zwar einen von 4 Wänden umgebenen Mini-Balkon, die sich dort tummelnden Mücken verhinderten aber eine Nutzung bzw. Öffnung zur Lüftung. Frische Luft konnten wir also nur über das Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, wo die 5. Person geschlafen hat, in die Wohnung lassen. Bei Betrachtung der Treppe zu den anderen Wohnungen im Haus waren wir froh, dass sich unsere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befand. Die angegebenen Supermärkte waren Mini-Mercados, welche vornehmlich von Nepalesen geführt wurden. Das Nötigste, wie Wasser, Obst, Joghurt und Brot gab es dort. Auf Grund des anstrengenden Weges war der Besuch eines "Richtigen" Supermarktes nicht möglich. Der Empfang von Carlos war sehr freundlich, er hat uns trotz Flugverspätung sofort begrüßt.

Optimale Wohnung um Lissabon zu erkunden!
Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und ausreichend für einen Städtetrip nach Lissabon. Carlos, der uns empfangen hat war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Da wir sehr früh angereist sind, durften wir die Koffer in der Agentur gegenüber deponieren. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die kleinen Restaurants in der Straße waren lecker und günstig!

Great location to see this beautiful city
We had a lovely 3 day stay in Lisbon in April 2015. Booking and communications were excellent from Pedro and Carlos. The apartment was a 10 Euro taxi fare from the airport and very close to 2 metro stations for getting around. The city has a good metro and train system that means it is quick and easy to visit beautiful places such as Belem, Sintra and Cascais.
The apartment is accurately described and is perfect for two people. It is on a hill but it isn't a steep or long walk. There are some lovely restaurants on the street itself and is only a few minutes from central sights.
We would love to return.

Great location, beautiful apartment
Had a great time at this apartment, Pedro was a pleasure to deal with as was his father who came to give us the keys. The apartment is right near the centre of town, an easy walk to all of the key areas of Lisbon. The apartment is on a hill (as are most areas of Lisbon!) so there is quite a walk up the hill from the downtown area. However with a normal level of fitness it's not difficult to handle. The apartment itself is great with good internet, cable tv including movies and two seperate bedrooms. Would definitely stay again if we return!
