CR3 sleeps a maximum of 8 people, distributed between the 3 bedrooms (one triple, 2 doubles) and folding bed. One of the bedrooms is offered with a double size bed, and the others can be offered as single or king size beds. The apartment has AC throughout and very high ceilings and large windows/ balcony doors. It is bright and cheery. You will enjoy FREE WIFI and cable channels with choice of foreign language programming. Great amenities, such as, for example hypoallergenic luxury microfiber duvets/comforters, superior quality Egyptian cotton bedding and soft luxurious bath towels, will contribute for your comfort. There are 2 full bathrooms in the property (with bath tub and shower). The kitchen is fully equipped- from high quality plates and dishes, to pots and pans, small appliances such as coffee makers, food processor etc, you will find everything you need should you choose to cook. There are a number of supermarkets and grocery stores nearby. The lobby has beautiful traditional azulejos (tiles) in beautiful Arab inspired motifs. The building dates from the late 1800s and has been recently upgraded and fully remodeled with an elevator/lift. CR3 is located in a pedestrian street, with a number of restaurants, and other shops. One street away is the famous rua Aurea, also a pedestrian street with even more shops and restaurants. Nearby are the enchanting Praca do Comercio and Rossio squares, as well as easy access to all of the key historic sights. Inquire about adapters for US and UK appliances. The closest parking is in the underground garage of Praça da Figueira (alternatives Praça do Municipio, Baixa Chiado, Grandella and Largo do Carmo, and Chao de Loureiro by rua da Madalena). In addition there is on street metered paid parking in rua dos Fanqueiros and other streets in the area of Campo das Cebolas. Close proximity of key historic sights in Lisbon will enable you to discover the city on foot- Moorish Castle/Alfama 10min; Praça do Comércio/Praça da Figueira/ Rossio within 250m; Bairro Alto 15-20min on foot. The iconic N28 tram is 2 blocks away. There are 3 subway/tube stations within 5 min walk. You can also reach the train to beaches/ fishing village of Cascais with a leisurely 15min walk on foot (C. Sodré), the train to delightful Sintra is 5 min away (Rossio) and the cross Tagus/Tejo boats also within 5 min walk. The airport is about 30 minutes away and the AEROBUS transfer stops 2 blocks away from the apartment. A delightful market can be found close to Cais to Sodré- Mercado da Ribeira with local fresh produce and lively cafes. Wheelchair accessibility (small step at entrance of building, step free elsewhere). The apartment was beyond my expectation. The room was very neat and clean. Also there were two bathrooms which make it perfect for 5 - 6 people. I really like the decoration in the apartment as well.

great location, well laid out and spacious apartment within the heart of Baxia. Elevator, air conditioning, full laundry and kitchen are some of the key amenities that make this place a home away from home. Clean safe building and and well maintained apartment.

Nice and spacious apartment with a very good and central location in Lisbon. We were a family of 6 and enjoyed spending New Years Eve in Lisbon, staying in this apartment. Helpful and nice host.
