This is a luxury apartment in a modern golf resort. This is a secure gated development with Villas and apartments. There is a 18 hole golf course with meandering walks, outdoor gym, swimming pool, community clubhouse with top class restaurant, cafe and social lounge. The Apartment has a double bed in bedroom, Sofabed in lounge can accommodate 2 extra guests. TV with English speaking channels. Bath & Shower in bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering visitors. This accommodation is finished to the highest standard for you to enjoy. Nearby are many restaurants, village, shopping centres, beaches, Arribida national Park, Palmela pousada, golf courses, Go-Karting track, zoo, etc. Lisbon is just the 30 minutes away.

Elegimos este sitio porque la ubicación era buena para nuestras necesidades (viaje por trabajo) La parte positiva es que tiene piscina lo cual se agradece en verano. El sitio no está verde como en las imágenes, está descuidado y seco aún así es un área tranquila y agradable. Las almohadas son muy altas para dormir, tuvimos que comprar otras ya que no nos proporcionaron unas nuevas. El cristal del horno estaba roto y el propietario no lo solucionó durante nuestra estancia. Tuvimos varias comunicaciones con el propietario ya que necesitábamos una factura, tras varias comunicaciones entre Niumba y el propietario, no la hemos obtenido. También compramos un cuchillo nuevo para cocinar, los utensilios proporcionados no cortaban. El colchón es cómodo (había dos) y el sofá cama también ya que cuando lo hemos necesitado hemos añadido el colchón adicional.

Appartement très bien entretenu
Les conseils de Tony sont excellents. Le site est super. Pour kes golfeurs le green fee est pas cher. Le parcours est correct même si ce n'est pas un parcours de compétition. Attention il vaut mieux bien pratiquer l'anglais car pas de français ni d'espagnol sur place. L'appartement est bien equipé. Je recommande !

About the neighbourhood
The resort is located next to the village of Quinta Do Anjo. A traditional Portuguese style village with shops, restaurants and wine bar. 10 minutes away is the town of Palmela. Perched on a hilltop it commands spectacular views of the entire Peninsula. An absolute must is a visit to the Pousada by day and again at night. There are shopping centres nearby in Montijo and Setubal. Also the famous Troia beeches is a short ferry ride from Setubal. The road from Setubal to Seisembra is also spectacular with lts beaches and alcoves along the way. There are lots of restaurants nearby, it is possible to stay for two weeks and not eat in the same place. Food & wine is very good value. Also Lisbon with all its attractions is just 20 minutes away by train, car or bus - make sure to visit the largest aquarium in Europe and the zoo will interest families. Visit Almada and see the magnificent Cristo-Rei and afterwards take the ferry to Lisbon, it brings you right to the city center. For golfers the resort has a 18 hole course with another six courses nearby.
