_You'll love the charm, decor and relaxing & easy going ambient!
Parking:
_underground public park in front of the house which costs only 2,5eur per day.
_free parking in some street next home (Rua das doze casas, Rua João de Oliveira Ramos...)
In the house you can use your bedroom which is private with double bed, Kitchen, living room, terrace and private bathroom. You can use all the equipments and facilities. You can cook, wash clothes, etc. you can do everything like you we...

-don't let cats come inside the house.
-Turn off the lights and heater when you're not in the bedroom
-Breakfast (as any other service) can be provided if you ask in advance (extra donation/fee)
- Oporto municipality charges tourist tax from 1 March 2018 on. It's 2 euros person per night until the maximum of 14EUR per person (7nights). I'm obliged to collect this money from you during your stay and give it to them.
