Located in tree-lined street in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood but still lively and with everything you need at a walking distance - grocer’s, pharmacy, fishery, and many antique and vintage shops.
A 1960’s charming top floor (4th WITHOUT ELEVATOR) apartment that has been through a recent complete renovation, keeping its style and personality, but giving it a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

Great time in Porto
This is a lovely bright apartment in a quiet street. The location was very good- we could easily walk to the main places of interest and there were shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was well equipped -two bedrooms and bathrooms made it ideal for 2 couples. Miguel kept in touch, answered any questions promptly and gave us good ideas for where to go.

Très agréable appartement, confortable, bien équipé, clair et calme, dans un quartier tout proche du centre historique
Très agréable appartement tout proche du centre historique dans un quartier résidentiel calme et avec beaucoup de commerces.
L'appartement rénové est très bien distribué, bien équipé et clair.
J'y ajoute la prévenance et les attentions de Miguel qui a contribué à l'agrèment de notre séjour (nombreuses informations sur la ville et le quartier, appel taxi etc ...)
Je recommande très fort cette location pour visite la belle ville de Portoet ses environs

Lovely apartment in a great city
Beautiful apartment, easy walk from metro. Lots of nice cafes and bars nearby. Miguel was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Very comfortable, in a good location, made special by Miguel’s attention to detail.
The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos - quite spacious, well-equipped and quirkily retro. It is also spotlessly clean. Beds are comfortable and bedlinen is white cotton. We loved the residential location, away from the tourist hub but only a short walk from the centre. As well as Porto’s main attractions and good places to eat, Miguel briefed us on local shops, cafés etc which we particularly enjoyed using.

Amazing apartment in Porto and close to everything!!
Helder and Miguel were professional from our first communication. Miguel greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a thorough briefing about the apartment and all the attractions in Porto.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Porto.

Great flat for a stay in Porto
We( my wife and another couple) really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very comfortable with everything needed for a stay in Porto. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, safe, and convenient to explore the city and surrounding areas.
The only reason I am not giving it five stars is that it is on the fourth floor( Hélder and Miguel were clear about that prior to renting the flat) which may be a problem for some people. Actually, it is an easy four floor walk up and we never gave it a second thought going out at night.
I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great apartment about 15min walk from Porto with lots to see
We were a group of 4 people staying in this apartment for 1 week. the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift so it took a little getting use to but when you get to the apartment the space and lay out was great with two bathrooms & two bedrooms we had our own space . The owners Miguel & Helder had all the information on hand (Miguel was waiting for us at the apartment) and had a map with numbers to match to all the areas we should try and see he explained how the travel system works and answered all our questions before leaving. We had very good weather and as there is no air con in the apartment there was fans we used in the rooms with windows open there was a nice breeze. There was everything we needed in the apartment almost like been home. Miguel & Helder sent us a message during our stay with information about concerts in the centre of Porto & booked our taxi back to airport for us .Porto as a city has so much to see with the river cruse & visit to the port makers, Tram's up along the coast road to a small beach, Cable Cars with a great view over the river, so many churches , buildings & Parks with great history along with shops & places to eat something for all. Not a place you would need a car with the transport system. Again all made possible with the information from our host well worth the visit.

Lovely apartment with everything we could need
The apartment was comfortable and clean, in a residential street within walking distance of the town centre and many of the places of interest Porto has to offer. The owner Miguel was friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of tips about where to go where to eat and how to get around. The city has a lot to offer with something for all ages. Good internet access in the apartment kept our 10 year old happy while we relaxed with a glass of wine on the balcony!

Super apartment in a quiet location and a great location
Excellent apartment which was spotlessly clean and spacious. Welcomed by the very friendly owner Miguel who provided us with lots of information in terms of where to eat, shop and how to get around easily. The apartment has everything you could possibly need including. The kitchen has everything you would need, however we mostly ate out. There was absolutely no noise and our stay was relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely stay again when in the lovely city of Porto which was full of friendly people. The directions provided by Miguel on how to get from the airport to the apartment by light rail made the transfer painless and inexpensive. We did though get a Taxi back 22 Euros. If you decide to stay at this apartment you won't regret it. Thanks again Miguel (obrigada) we would love to stay in your apartment again and see you soon. Angela, John & Elysia xxx

This is a really nice appartment,very light,spacious,clean and extremely well appointed-great attention to detail.The owners are very friendly and helpful,meeting us at the metro and carrying our bags up the stairs,as well as leaving very useful and detailed instructions about the neighbourhood and Porto as well.It was quite a wrench to leave suuny breakfasts on the balcony to return to a cold and rainy Bristol!Highly recommend a stay here.

Concerning car park facilities, the apartment doesn´t have garage but there are free car parking places on the street in front of the apartment, specially after working hours. This is usually safe and other guests have done this before without any problems. Nevertheless, the council is starting extending the paying places all over the city.
