Serenity Villa is a newly refurbished modern property located at the head of Bequia’s Spring valley. Set in an elevated position amongst tropical planting, white cedar and cinnamon trees, this private and peaceful location affords ever changing seascapes across to the islands of Battowia & Balliceaux. This is a perfect location to relax and recharge. Alternatively, Serenity, is only a 10-minute drive from Bequia’s main harbour and leeward beaches – with their laid-back bars and restaurants.
To enable smaller parties or couples to have that independent villa experience - the upper level of Serenity Villa can be rented as an apartment.

Another great stay at Serenity!
This was my second visit to Serenity and it exceeded my expectations again. Russ and Karen are excellent hosts who make the whole experience even better.

Beyond paradise
This was my third visit to Bequia and serenity villas and apartments, as you can probably guess both the island and the villa have captured my heart , the views from the upper veranda and the pool deck are just breath taking , I will never tire of those views . Your Hosts are Karen and Russel who go above and beyond to make sure there guests are comfortable and totally enjoy their Caribbean dream . I would shamelessly state they are the best hosts , everything is thought of and Both of them will help you arrange trips to the cays , st Vincent etc to help you gain the absolute most from your stay ! The Villa it’s self is very tasteful and has every thing you could possibly need or want , the pool and deck are immaculate and inviting and make a phenomenal centre piece in the beautiful gardens surrounding the villa . Both Karen and Russ have w wealth of knowledge about the island and you can tell they love their home and their island ! I feel privileged that they allow me to share it with them .and I can’t wait to be heading back for my fourth visit !!
Thank you to my two super hosts for making my Bequia visits always so amazing ! Sat at home now with holiday blues , best I get booking

A heavenly island visit
Our Second holiday to Serenity and everyday was just exquisite the pool is an amazing temperature at any time of the day or evening. The beaches are so beautiful. The accommodation is quite unique and the hosts are knowledgeable and helpful with everything. The island has so much to give we will definitely go back.

Perfection .. Paradise with the perfect hosts..
Wow .. my second visit ( my partners third ) to stay with Karen and Russ at their beautiful villa and apartment … let’s start from arriving on the island.. if you have never been, then the ferry turning into port Elizabeth revealing the harbour and bay is breath taking .. The approach and view is simply amazing .. Then you may think how can this get any better? .. Oh but it does .. The short stunning transfer to Spring shows off the island and as you climb up to the amazing location the anticipation builds … and it’s all worth it .. As “Serenity” is all you would want and dream of from a holiday getaway .. The Modern, high quality relaxing accommodation is in perfect balance with position and the nature around it .. All the facilities are 100% kitchen, bedrooms plus the pool area is perfect and if not enough “then” the view over spring bay OMG ❤️…. The vision that is “Serenity” which has been brought to reality by Karen and Russ is nothing less than perfection.. Thank you x
My only concern is that by reviewing will convince more people to discover it and we may struggle to get booked back in !!! 😢

Absolute Paradise
Where do I start? Russ and Karen were amazing hosts. Made us feel so welcome as soon as we arrived and their encyclopedic knowledge of this beautiful island and its people ensured that we got the most out of our visit and made for some fantastic experiences and memories. Serenity itself is set in absolutely glorious surroundings with amazing views down to the sea. Dawn is certainly something worth getting up for when the weather is clear! The villa and grounds, including the pool were scrupulously clean and the pool was always at a perfect temperature. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Russ and Karen and we can’t wait to return to Bequia.

Serenity Does it Again!
This was my third stay at Serenity, and fifth time on Bequia. As everyone has noted, Serenity is a very special place. Karen and Russ ALWAYS go above and beyond to make each stay extraordinary. This year, it was my wife, Cindy's, 55th birthday. Karen and Russ went out of their way to host a wonderful BBQ gathering at Serenity. Whether it's chatting over morning coffee, having sundowners at the Cocktail Lab, or just chilling around the pool enjoying the beautiful gardens. Serenity is the place and Karen and Russ are the ultimate hosts and friends. We are so lucky to have found Serenity and look forward to returning. Cheers!

About the neighbourhood
Serenity Villa is located at the head of the picturesque Spring valley. The area has wonderful tropical gardens and beautiful views at every turn. It is a very peaceful area - but only 10 minutes to Bequia's charming harbour or leeward beaches, with their laid-back bars and restaurants.
Locally we have both the Firefly Restaurant and Bar and the Sugar Reef Restaurant and Bar - 2 of our favourites.
Getting around
Renting Serenity means that you will have access to hire our e-bikes. Also for those seeking activity - it is possible to walk to the Harbour in 30-40 minutes. Taxi's are also readily available. Rental of a hire car is recommended for longer stays or if you would like to explore the island further.
It is easy to explore many of the Grenadine islands on day trips - please let us know if you would like advice on this or help in booking any trips

How to get there
Bequia has its own airport which can be accessed from several other Caribbean islands. Most people international travellers find that using the Barbados hub as a stepping stone works best - and allows for a very easy 2 centre holiday.
From Barbados you can take the picturesque and short flight (45 minutes) across to Bequia on SVG airlines or Bequia air.
St Vincent (our mainland!) now has a new International airport (Argyle) with direct flights to Miami, New York and Toronto. From St Vincent it is easy to get to Bequia via the ferry service which runs 3 or 4 times per day. Argyle is also connected to other Caribbean airlines.
