The apartment has a unique view over Acropolis, Lycabettus hill and all over Athens from the two spacious terraces.
It is very close, less than 300m, to metro station, Larissa Station of line 2 -red.
By metro, it takes less than 10 minutes to be in the city center, Syntagma sq., Acropolis and Plaka (Athens old district).
To reach Athens Riviera (seaside) by car it takes 10-15 minutes and to reach the Highway (either to North or to West Greece) it takes approximately 5-10 minutes.
The apartment can accomodate up to four (4) people; it has one bedroom with a big double bed and a sofa that becomes also a big double bed in the living room. It is recently renovated and fully equiped.
From the two (2) spacious terraces you have a panoramic view of almost entire Athens.

Great apartment with wonderful view and Kostas is an excellent host
The apartment is only three stops on the metro from central Athens but in a local neighbourhood, with shops and cafes within five minutes walking. It's modern, roomy and comfortable with a great balcony for evening meals and a view of the Acropolis and Athens hills. Kostas met us at the station and gave us good information. He checked every day or so to make sure we were ok. This is our second stay there and we will stay there again next time we are in Athens

Apartment with a View !!!!!!!!
It was so wonderful to arrive and go to the balcony and there it was!!! the PARTENON !!! WOW
kONSTANTINOS is the most warming owner that you ever can meet! the place is nearby the station and he help us how to get there! The food nearby was excellent and I recommend to have dinner on the balcony just that !!

Wonderful Apartment, Great View, Convenient Location
Wonderful apartment with a great view conveniently located within walking distance to the main train station. Thanks Kostas, for the hospitality. The food at the nearby eatery is really good value for money!

Kostas's flat is just the right accommodation for us. It is located in a very quiet suburb of Athens where everything is accessible. The flat itself is well equipped, cozy and situated on the top floor giving us (and all those who stayed in this flat) an amazing view of the Parthenon and the Lycabettus hill. Just awesome every time you goes out of the balcony at anytime of the day. Even though we didn't personally met Kostas, he was very mindful of what we might need. He texted us every now and then, and he sent his friend Christos to pick us up on the day of our arrival. Christos was a gentleman, showed us the flat and everything we need to know. Kostas is so knowledgeable about everything you need to know about Athens and the surrounding areas. We had an excellent time in Athen. Thanks again Kostas. Your flat is highly recommendable to all and will surely pass good words to our family and friends!
