Our sea house is located just a few meters of the well known Falassarna beach next to the archaeological ruins of one of the oldest Cretan civilizations. The whole size is of the property in which it is located is about 2.000 square meters. The beautiful garden that surrounds the house has grass, trees, fig-trees, plumeria plants, cactus and many more. The house itself (50 square meters) has one space with one double bed, three couches and the kitchen (many utensils and electrical devices for breakfast and meal preparation). At the front yard you can eat, relax, read a book, sunbathe, have a shower after running and late in the evening you can watch the absolute sunset.... You can even sleep outside at the stone couches or the swing next to the small river under two huge trees. Behind the house are mountains you can climb to or jump with parachute from the pentes (parapente). You can also go for snorkeling in front of the house (beach with rocks), canoe and jogging. Near our house is an open bar with one of the best dj's and many many endless meters with a clean and pink sandy beach. At the back yard you can eat at one of the best restaurants with a beautiful panoramic view or visit the best fish tavern a few meters away. In the property, two big fig trees can give you fresh fruits from August to September. No one visits Falassarna only once. You will be totally amazed by the whole scenery....we guarantee for that!!! And the good think is that you don't have to pack up your things and go to a hotel, you live every moment of the day and night at the most lovable beach.
