Nicolas Studio Apartment is situated in Agia Marina, a popular tourist resort noted for its
cosmopolitan flair, its excellent beaches and its most entertainment opportunities and vibrant night life. The beach is located only 110 meters from the studio, while our guests will also find taverns, super markets, stores and banks close at hand.The surrounding countryside is green all year round and is a profusion of natural beauty, especially in the spring. The surrounding area can be leisurely explored by getting a ride on the local mini-train.
Nicolas studio apartment is furnished for two or more persons, with kitchenette, kettle, refrigerator,safe box, air-condition,television,hair dryer,WI-FI access, verandas, and beautiful view, very close to the sea.

Très agréable
La location est situé entre Platanias et Agia Marina, a environ 20 kilomètres de la Canée et 20 kilomètre de la côte ouest. La plage se trouve a une centaine de mètres et l'on trouve tout type de commerce et de restaurant tout autour.
la situation est donc assez centrale pour rayonner le long de la côte nord et pour visiter les magnifiques plages de l'est.
La location comprend plusieur logement et un petit jardin joliment aménagé avec une petite piscine.Monsieur Stelios est son épouse sont discret et très gentil et à votre disposition si vous avez besoin de renseignement.

Ein toller Urlaub
Agia Marina ist ein lebhafter Urlaubsort, im April war es aber noch ziemlich ruhig. Er eignet sich sehr gut für Ausflüge nach Chania, in den Westen und Süden Kretas. Auf der Schnellstraße ist man aber auch schnell in Rethymno und Heraklion. Der Sandstrand (ca. 200 m) ist sehr gepflegt mit Lokalen und einem schönen Blick auf eine kleine Insel und die Berge. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 100 m entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Ferien-Appartement von Stelios liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Einfach super ist der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, der schöne Garten und der Pool. Stelios und seine Frau wohnen im Haus, sind aber sehr zurückhaltend. Stelios spricht sehr gut Deutsch und gibt gerne Tipps für Ausflüge, Lokale und Einkäufe. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Stelios Ehepaaren (ob jung oder alt), Familien aber auch Singles empfehlen. Es ist sowohl für Strandurlaub wie auch Besichtigungen geeignet.

ottima vacanza
L'appartamento e' ubicato a non piu' di cento metri dal mare. Nella zona ci sono moltissimi bar e ristoranti. Inoltre negozi e minimarket dove si puo' comprare di tutto senza muoversi con la macchina. Le camere sono molto pulite e ogni giorno vengono riordinate. La piscina e' adiace te agli appartamenti. Giardino bello e molto curato! Il proprietario e' molto gentile e disponibile

Excellent location, clean Apartment with friendly people
We had a great stay at Nicholas apartments. it was clean enough space for two. We didn't spend much time at the apartment as the location was perfectly situated to the main beach Agia Marina.
It was very easy to jump on the local transport from Chania Bus station as the apartment is located of the side road on the main street.
For this price per night ... Bargain!!!!

Fantastic Location
Excellent location in Agia Marina, just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was clean with a nice pool and the people were very friendly and helpful.

Génial
Nous avons eu un souci avec notre vol le 1er jour des vacances et le propriétaire a été très patient et nous a attendus jusqu'à 23h pour nous remettre les clés.
Il a été très gentil, serviable à notre écoute lorsqu'on a eu des questions.
L'appartement était fonctionnel, équipé pour pouvoir se faire à manger et à 5 min à pied de la mer, rue commençante et très bon restaurant juste à côté vraiment super génial!
J'ai préféré ce type d'hébergement à l’hôtel cette année et je ne regrette pas.
Je remercie Mr Stelios et sa femme pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse.

Agréable mais
logement suffisant, agréable mais pour 2, il n'y a que 2 couteaux et fourchettes, idem assiettes et verres, pas de poêle, trop peu de matériel de cuisine. Par contre cafetière et théière; matériel fait pour des gens qui mangent tout le temps dehors. Ceci dit il est bien, joli jardin et piscine, il suffit de rajouter un peu de matériel.propriétaire agréble

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Gute Lage -dicht zum Strand und nicht weit zur Schnellstrasse, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Eigentümer ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöner Garten, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und großer Pool. Ruhige Gegend, jedenfalls im März. Leider haben im März auch noch viele Geschäfte geschlossen und Nachts wird es noch sehr frisch. Heizen in der Wohnung mit Klimaanlage möglich, aber sehr geräuschvoll.

Firendly clean and peaceful.
What a lovely property it is situated right in the centre of the village close to the beach but up a side road about 100 metres so does not get the road noise. The apartments are spotlessly clean towels changed every other day and beds changed twice a week We found the garden and pool area especially lovely it was totally secluded and a little haven of peace and tranquility, even in April it was a sun trap. The owner and his wife are very friendly speak excellent English and are always around if you need them.

Perfect In Every Way
Me and my husband have just returned from our stay at these apartments and it literally was "perfect in every way". The property is situated up a side street off the main road running through Agia Marina. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes from the beach, bars, shops and restaurants yet far enough away to provide peace and tranquility. Access to public transport is just at the end of the street and the service is excellent (don't be scared to use it).
The pool area at the complex is fabulous and so relaxing.
Stellios and his wife work really hard to maintain standards and the apartments and grounds are spotlessly clean. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always available should you need any assistance.
This was our sixth time in Crete and we have stayed in a different place each time, in both apartments and hotels, and this to me is by far the best place we have stayed. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday.
A number of guests that we spoke to have gone back to the property year after year. This to me speaks volumes.

The delightful village of Agia Marina (Santa Marina) is located just 9km from the centre of Chania and its must-see old Venetian harbor. This coastal village is one of several that line the coastline west of Chania centre and enjoys great views to the islet of St. Thodorou which today is a dedicated breeding ground for the Cretan mountain goat Kri-Kri (protected species).
This coastal village is blessed with an abundance of trees and a long sandy beach with crystal clear waters which stretches for just over 2.5 kilometers. Fine golden sand blended with trees along the shoreline make this beach truly exotic.
Agia Marina is spotted with several beach bars pool bars, cafes, restaurants, taverns and fast food stores. Sports activity centers feature highly in Agia Marina. You can easily take part in scuba diving, jet skiing, snorkeling, windsurfing, parasailing, paddle boat, banana boat, canoe and more. Other beach activities include beach tennis and beach volley. Children’s entertainment venues, mini-golf, bowling and mini-train rides are also available.
