Also, the in-ground architecture, natural stone and wide openings create a cool ambience and keep the Villa airy and sunny. Interior The main entrance opens up to an open plan area featuring the living room with corner sofa, 50’’ HDTV and fully equipped kitchen with built-in branded appliances and indoor dining area. Two bedrooms with a king size bed (1,60 X 2,00), 43’’ HDTV and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and shower cabin with hydromassage column are also available. The living room and both bedrooms provide direct access to the pool terrace, thanks to their floor-to-ceiling glass doors and enjoy beautiful sea views. Exterior The pool terrace features a private, heated, 50 m2 infinity swimming pool with hydromassage (1,30 m deep) and unobstructed sea vistas, while being equipped with 2 double daybeds, 2 bean bag chairs and a hanging chair, as well as an outdoor shower for your comfort. Furthermore, the outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola is ideal for al fresco dining. Finally, the Villa is fully fenced, offering total privacy and has its own entrance and private parking space inside the Villa premises with a gate. (The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge upon request). To make things even better, our guests have the privilege to benefit from the Spa Facilities available at the complex, which include: - Sauna - Hammam room - Massage (The spa room also offers an additional Shower cabin and WC. Treatments are provided with extra charge and by appointment). The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival.

Wonderful experience!
Very nice villa with all facilities, beautiful location, stunning pool and wonderful sea view. Everything was just perfect. The villa looked even better than the photos exceeding our expectations!....I recommend! A special thanks to Dimitris for his kindness and availability, always for any question or service needed. I would like to return in the future.

Relax with a view
The villa was excellent! Well kept and luxurious amenities indoor and a great outdoor area to enjoy with family and friends. The view is simply amazing and spending time in the terrace was super enjoyable. The host is also very helpful which made the entire stay very convenient. Definitely very recommend!

UNA VILLA DA SOGNO
Location piu bella dal vivo che in foto, e questo è solo il primo di tanti tanti aspetti positivi. Non c’è nulla che non vada bene, anzi, tutto è perfetto, talmente perfetto che sembra di vivere un sogno soggiornando in queste ville e godendosi dei risvegli da Re su quella fantastica terrazza. Staff eccellente. Se mai dovessi tornare a Creta lo faró con voi 100%

Absolutely fantastic
Couldn't recommend enough, it was absolutely fantastic. The villa is amazing, and so is the view. Etouri were great in helping with arrangements and suggestions for activities. You won't be disappointed.

The closest beach to Malvezzino Luxury Villas is Palaiokastro beach which is well-organized with sun beds, umbrellas, taverns and a mini market and some shops.
