Tolle Villa
Wir hatte das Glück 12 Tage in dieser schönen Villa verbringen zu dürfen. Der Service war in allen Belangen toll. Besonders wenn der Raki alle war ....-) Da es manchmal etwas windig ist verteilten sich die Blüten auch im Pool. Es erfolgte jedoch einen sofortige Reinigung !! Die Ausstattung entsprach unseren Wünschen. Von der Terasse hat man einen spektakulären Ausblick. Ein Auto erscheint notwendig, diverse Strände sind jedoch gut zu erreichen. Nach Rethymnon sind es ca 15 Minuten Fahrzeit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Villa nur empfehlen.

A Perfect location for a relaxing and great vacation
We had a great vacation in this wonderful villa with a perfect host, a very well maintained villa, amazing surroundings and a 24 hours support in case you need help. Although The owners house is beside The Villa we had our own closed area with a complete relaxing atmosphere. With The recommendations of Andreas we could also find the real family driven crete kitchen, with tasty food and lots of contacts to the crete inhabitants. A very polite and happy folk in a Great area. Thanks a lot for this super stay. We will definitely return to this beautiful piece of earth.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, prêts à conseiller sur les meilleures adresses et sites à visiter sur l'île ... et en même temps très discrets ... Wonderful villa and warm wecolme
We really enjoyed our stay during one week at the Villa Milli.
Big house ideal for 2 families with a superbe view on Rethymno.
The pool, garden and the facilities are great and clean.
It is closed to beautiful beaches and local restaurants. Thanks to Kostas (Etouri) we had the chance to spend one wonderful day at the Baja beach club which offers large swimming pool, sunbeds on the beach, wine, soft drinks and fruits for free in a very nice environment. We also went to the Milli Gorge which is a 1h30 walk accross the beautifull nature and water mils. we could go there by foot directly from the villa.
The owner of the House Andreas was really kind. He welcomed us even if we arrive late and he organised some Food and homemade cake for us. He also gave us some great advices.
Last but not least, a special thanks to Kostas who organised perfectly our venu with advices for a car rental company (bestcarsrental), sent us a recap just before our arrival and develop a useful apps for the villa ! We highly recommend this agency and the villa Milli

Villa Milli
We had a wonderful time at Villa Milli. We were two families (7 people in total)
There was plenty of space and the villa was well equipped in all ways.
Everywhere was very clean and the maid service was every 3 days for linen, towels and bathroom cleaning.
The pool area is absolutely fabulous and we 'lived outside' for the two weeks. I think I went into the first floor main lounge and kitchen about 8 times during the two weeks as I spent all my time in the gardens!
The owners live next door but apart from a WIFI issue, which they dealt with immediately, there was no reason to contact them. However, it was good to know they were there. They were lovely and brought us homemade cake on arrival a large dish of meat and pasta one lunchtime! Cheers! 💗
Booking agents, Sophia and Kostas were available if we needed any further advice/info...and they arranged a lovely day at the beach for us; which was a great treat. Loved that there was a DJ playing great music and especially enjoyed cocktails! Xx
We loved our stay at villa Milli and were sad to leave...we miss the sound of the crickets and all the other wildlife around the beautiful gorge. Not sure what the big flying bugs are, but we got used to saving a few from drowning in the pool each day!
The area around the villa is lovely...little tavernas within 5 minutes drive and Rhythmno only 10 minutes drive. The old town has fabulous shops and restaurants.
Overall a fantastic holiday and we would certainly return! The Daws/Adams families Xx

Fantastic house with fantastic view
We had a great week in this wonderful house in the hills little bit outside of Rethymnon. Everything was very good organised. We had wonderful afternoons enjoying the large Swimmingpool and the terrific sea view. Local supporting team Sophia and Andreas were very helpful in planning our stay and trips in Crete. We definitely want to come back soon!

Villa look out onto nature
Magnificent location, view on mountainside. Private area and swimming pool.
Quiet environment but close to pleasent city centre, with lot of restaurant and shops.
Very fine owner of house, living next door.
Certainly worth repeating.

Perfect location for a family holiday
My wife and I just spent two wonderful weeks with our extended family at the Villa Milli. Andreas our host was fantastic, he provided lots of good advice for day trips, eating out and beaches. The villa has its own private pool and it was great to be able to swim at any time of the day or night; before breakfast or after dinner. The villa has a panoramic view of the local mountains, the north coast and a spectacular gorge. The array of bird life that flew up and down the gorge was breathtaking. The Villa is a short 10 to 15 minutes drive from the town of Rythemno. The town has a vast array of restaurants and bars. But if you want to eat closer to home there is a fantastic family taverna just 5 minutes drive away or you can use the fantastic BBQ and provide your meals at the villa - there are great supermarkets, butchers and bakers just 5 minutes away. The south coast with its quiet peaceful beaches is about a 45 minute drive through spectacular scenery.
A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday - will definitely be back! Graeme

Awesome
The Villa is beautiful in many aspects. Located next to an olive plantation (some olive trees in the garden, too) one immediately gives feels, he has arrived in Greece. The garden gives you several good possibilities to lay on the grass, play beach-ball, relax by the pool or spend your day in any other relaxing way at home. The big stone grill is perfect even for bigger groups (we were 9 ). We really loved sitting outside on the balcony until late at night and enjoying the awesome view over Rethymnon and the sea. The villa has 3 floors, but the bottom and top one (top has the most amazing view ) are for sleeping, more than living. The middle floor consists of a big kitchen, the living room and a big balcony. The whole facility was very clean and well maintained. During our 10-day stay, it has been cleaned professionally, twice!
The villa is a bit outside of Rethymnon, which means, you need a car or you have to take a taxi. A taxi to the inner city costs about 20€ when you call it, if you take one from the city up it is about 12€. Since we are all about 25 years old, we really liked the fact that it has a student touch (Rethymnon has a university campus) and while celebrating we got together with not only tourists but also local students.
The tourist attractions in Crete, we experienced are the palace of Knossos (worth a visit, bring water and a hat) , the samaria gorge (exhausting day-trip, but definitely a _must_, solid shoes and a certain degree of fitness provided, inform early about bus routes, about 40€ entrace fees and transport costs p.p.) and some beaches on the south side of the island.
Last, but not least the service:
As i wrote before, the cleaning lady came twice. The owner and his wife live next door, are very friendly and helpful at any time, seem to have a great interest in making your stay as pleasant as possible, but are totally invisible if you don't need them and are enjoying your holiday.
Oh the first day they helped us to find the villa and welcomed us with a cake and a bottle of Raki.
In a nutshell, we had a great time and would definitely recommend Villa Milli to our closest friends.

Villa Milli is located in an area close to Roussospiti and Chromonastiri villages just at the edge of the gorge “Milli” near to Rethymno town centre (7km) and close to the beach (4km). The location offers tranquility close to the nature of the gorge but, the advantage of staying a few minutes away from everything! In both villages you will be able to find supplies, great traditional food and will maybe have an opportunity to mix with the locals who are very hospitable to guests!
