The house can accommodate up to 5 people, in 3 bedrooms, (2 double and a single one). Extra beds (a toddler bed on ground floor, a baby crib and a couch on the attic) allow accommodation for more than 5 members, recommended mainly for big families -in that case please contact me with an enquiry. Bathrooms are relatively small, due to the initial layout of the house, which hasn't changed since 1930. One thing delicate guests should be aware of, is that 'Pantokrator' church bells ring periodically, announcing time in the old-fashioned way, during daytime. Also, traffic noise can be annoying sometimes, although the street outside the house is not a busy one. For child-safety reasons, a gate (retractable or fixed) is installed on every access to the staircase and railings are covered by safety net. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: 35767More

Kassiani was the perfect owner. Communication was always prompt, friendly and very helpful. The roof terrace was glorious and many hours were spent up there. The perfect stay and the weather was outstanding! Thank you.

About the neighbourhood
Central location of the house, 7 minutes' walk from the town's central square, allows easy access to most sites of interest.
Getting around
The house is located in the heart of the historic centre, in a relatively quiet & picturesque neighbourhood, one of the few traditional neighbourhoods in town, low-density populated and low-height structured. The monuments of the old castle, the church of 'Pantokrator', Roman Odeon, Roman Stadium, the old Municipal Hospital (Arts & Culture Centre today), are very close to the house, as indicated on the map (view photos of the house). There are also small restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the neighbourhood while in 'Omonia' square, 5' away from the house, there is a supermarket and a grocery shop.
