A large area to relax, dine, and BBQ. For earlier in the day you can relax on one of the four sun loungers, jump on the trampoline, and more! Be a big kid! The apartment is a four-minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctor. For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In the near proximity, there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses. Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping centre, considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, catch a taxi or use the local bus service! This is home to many high street shops you will be familiar with. The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups. As with all In The Sun Holiday villas, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice, and a bottle of Cava to start the holiday right! *NOTE*: PLEASE SEE NOTES UNDER PRICES FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COST AND OFFERING INFORMATION. There is a compulsory 70 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment. We are able to arrange airport collection from both Alicante and Murcia at a set cost. Ask for a quote. Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week. About the neighbourhood

The Orihuela Costa is an ideal location for a holiday. Numerous Blue Flag Beaches, several championship Golf Courses, plenty of Sun and lot's of good food to enjoy. Depending on where you stay there is sure to be a commercial area with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. In Villamartin there is the world famous Villamartin Plaza, just google it!

Getting around

There are local bus services for the nearby area and plenty of sites to see close as well either by coach or car if you have a hire car. Cartagena is 45 minutes away and a fantastic place to visit as is Alicante with its Castle Santa Barbara. Torrevieja is only 15 minutes away and is a great day out.
