Directions and entry information are provided at the time of booking so guests can arrive at anytime after the entry time of 3pm without needing to arrange a specific time to meet to pick up keys etc. However if guests would prefer to meet the owner and be shown around the property we are more than happy to do this. We take a hands-off approach and allow guests to get on and enjoy their stay but if guests need help or advice we are on hand to help as required as we live in another part of the property

Spent two nights here with my wife and ended up not venturing very far at all as the place was so cosy! Perfect for a winter getaway will definitely be back.

From Peebles: Follow the A72 past Glentress Forest (on left) After 1 mile (after the MacDonald Hotel) take the first right, signposted Cardrona. At the first roundabout turn left. Pass the village store on the right and turn right at the next roundabout. At the junction turn left onto the B7062 signposted Traquair and St Mary Loch. After 50 metres turn left into The Court. Turn immediately right and the farmhouse is on your left. Park in the available space at the top of the driveway.
