Set in a quiet residential area, this Sliema penthouse makes ideal for a great relaxing holiday. It is walking distance to any amenity and in the same street there is a bakery which is still the Maltese Traditional way. In this location one feel and enjoy the real Maltese traditional living that the residents endure each day.

As for the penthouse, it is situated on the 3rd floor of a residential block. It is just 10 minutes walk from Balluta Bay, St Julains (600m), basically the promenade joining Sliema and St Julains. There one can find any kind of shops like coffee shops and restaurants ice cream parlours even ideal for swimming. It's location makes it a great base for a holiday in Malta, it is also very close to the main bus routes, like 3 minutes walk, making it easy to explore the rest of the island.

Had to change accommodation from an apartment & owner from hell (Santa Maria Flat 2 in Bugibba owned by "Dale & Denise", do NOT rent with them !!) and we contacted "Ans" of Emerald Sliema Penthouse. Minimum booking is 5 nights, prices will be quoted prorated according to the season.

A refundable deposit of 200euro is payable to website and it will be refunded by the website after a maximum of 10 working days.

The apartment includes basic water and electricity (100kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euros per unit (1kwh).

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.
