This newly finished block of apartments is located in the heart of one of Malta's most fashionable and vibrant locations. The current owners changed this building into a luxurious block of apartments served with lift. The living area occupies the front part of each apartment and is essentially open plan. The balcony is completely private and the rattan dining furniture make this a perfect location for al fresco dining and entertaining or just relaxing while enjoying the stunning seaviews and Valletta. With the over all high standard of finish throughout in each apartment the clever use of lighting was particularly eye catching with a square soffit repeating the shape in the bedrooms. This apartment has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms that are located on the back part of the apartment make them ideal for having a good night rest from the busy promenade during the day. Both bathrooms are compact in design but make for an optimum use of space, both follow a similar theme. The only difference between the two is that the ensuite has a bath tub while the family bathroom has a shower cubicle. As for the bedrooms, it has a double bedroom with ensuite, a twin bedroom (2-single beds), and a triple bedroom (3-single beds). Moreover, for those who are after renting a car, parking comes at an optional price of 12euro per night in a residential car park 5 minutes or less off the apartment. Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities: 200KWh- for 3 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. Access to all the area of the apartment. The whole apartment will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.
