This beautiful traditional Maisonette, of approximately 60sqm, is accessible via a flight of traditional stone stairs which lead into a bright and airy living space. The entrance leads to a very modern, contemporary holiday let accommodation, which also incorporates elements of the traditional Maltese style, with a typical open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped which makes it ideal for cooking tasty home-cooked meals. The living area comprises of a flat screen tv with cable channels and a comfortable 3-seater sofa, and also comes fully air-conditioned. The designers have specifically recreated the traditional vintage style, through patterned tiles that embellish the entire maisonette. The living area is illuminated by traditional Maltese wooden balcony, giving the area a traditional Maltese feel. Just off of the living space, one finds a double bedroom, adorned with the same patterned tile and a neutral colour palette, which perfectly complements the modern white furnishings. This bedroom is also equipped with a full bathroom, with shower facilities. The main feature of this traditional maisonette, is the main bedroom, which is originally located at a split-level entrance from the stone staircase. This bedroom is as quaint as they come, and also features an innovative walk in closet, accessible by four wooden stairs. The bedroom is also fully equipped with air-conditioning, and neutral colours dominate the colour scheme. A cute Juliet balcony is also accessible from this bedroom via a small step, and this looks out on the adjoining street and down to the sea. This balcony can also conveniently be closed off with wooden blinds, perfect for sleeping in. Due to the old building style, this traditional property also features another full family bathroom, equipped with shower cubicle, which is located under the stone staircase, just off of the main entrance. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities: - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​ Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes. Long lets also available rates upon request from owner. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers. Access to all the area of the apartment. The whole apartment will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.

Location is great. Centrally located to shops, food, bars, the bus terminal, lots of historic sights ... we spent 3 full days just walking around to places in town. These are old buildings and updating them is tricky, so a few quirks here and there,...More
