This luxury apartment, completed in April 2009, is situated in the heart of Tombs of the Kings, minutes away from the bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, beaches and the old market. The complex features 2 outdoor pools, two outdoor Jacuzzis, a gym, outdoor showers, kid's pool, rock creations, landscaped areas and gated community access. Our spacious apartment is on the top floor having the best views overlooking the whole complex. It has a roof terrace with panoramic views and a covered parking space. The apartment is fully air conditioned (plus ceiling fans) and there is heating for the winter months. Access to the apartment and roof terrace is by lift. Had a great holiday. Apartment is well positioned in the complex which, with its 2 large swimming pools, is excellent. It is conveniently located, being 10 minutes away, on foot, from the beach. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, everything you could need, including proper pillows! We felt it was probably in the best part of the complex, up high so there was a nice breeze and not directly overlooked. We have stayed in this apartment twice and we have had the most amazing holidays ever. we have been to Paphos 6 times, but without a shadow of a doubt the Royal Sea Crest is the best. The open plan living area/ kitchen is fully fitted with the latest modern appliances for your convenience. There is a full size fridge/freezer, cooker with extractor, touch button hob and oven, microwave oven, filter coffee machine. Pots, pans, glasses and cutlery fill the cupboards.

The comfortable lounge area has two dark brown leather sofas, coffee table, bookcase, flat screen TV with satellite channels including English channels. DVD/CD player with a selection of DVD's.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and touch bedside lamps, chest of drawers and mirrors. There are two single beds and a double bed. Extra sleeping accommodation is provided by a bed settee in the lounge which easily converts to a double bed. One bedroom has access to the balcony.

Airport: Paphos International Airport: 12.0 km
Ferry: Limassol: 55.0 km
Fly direct to Paphos International Airport from all major UK airports. Tombs of the Kings, Paphos is only 18km from the airport, about 20 mins to the apartment. We offer a MEET & GREET service for 25 euros, cheaper than a taxi! You will be taken up to the apartment and shown where everything is and how it works!

From Larnaca it would take about 90 mins. Taxis are always available at the airport for approximately 35 Euros each way or I can arrange a pick-up/drop off service for you on request.

There is a regular bus service available to and from the airport to Tombs of the Kings.

Car hire is not essential as most things are available within a short walk e.g. beach, shops, restaurants. If you want to venture out and about then there are a large number of car hire firms in Paphos and...
