This is the third time my family have stopped here....and it certainly didn't disappoint.... again.
The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a fantastic stay. The kitchen has all the utensils, pots and pans needed (if you wanted to cook that is!!), a cool bag to use for trips out. The washing machine is a godsend, meaning you don't have to pack too many clothes at all. The bedrooms are large enough to allow you to walk around the beds and plenty of wardrobe space (and hangers too!). With two bathrooms it certainly makes getting ready in a morning and an evening easier. The lounge / dining area can seat 6 or 7 without a problem and with an internet TV it meant streaming my football teams' game was a doddle!!
Pool is fantastic with a lifeguard on duty and really relaxed atmosphere. The depths are really good for kids.
Excellent location only 5 minutes down to the coastal boardwalk and the beach. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Lovely walk along the boardwalk both into the town but also away from town to all the new hotels. Plus, if you like shopping its only 15 minutes to Kings Ave Mall along the main road from the back. Thirty-five minutes to the Tombs of the Kings and less to the mosaics....
Just a little thought for the future - we arrived just before 11.00 p.m., and I literally caught the supermarket as he was closing up to get some milk etc for the morning and some breakfast stuff. Possibly have a little welcome pack for guests arriving late? Just a minor, minor thought that's all?
Recommendations - Sam's Taxis were great to and from the airport. Viva Cyprus was great again and really good value. Will never miss the dessert trolley!! Romeo's Tavern on the triangle near the Avanti (think it has changed its name over the last few years since we've been previously!) was brilliant. Went in on a whim and was really busy but they found us a table. Lo and behold, proper Greek dancing, plate smashing, glass balancing, the whole taverna dancing in the street! What an unexpected experience. Gustoso's again, massive portions and not expensive. Lastly Pafos FC....my lads into football so we took in a game at Pafos FC, great pre-match fanzone, great atmosphere, great win...
Thoroughly recommend staying here...have provisionally booked for next year too!!

Comfortable apartment
We had a lovely visit and found the layout of apartment excellent. We were travelling with 90 year old father in law who enjoyed having his own bathroom and walk in shower. Pool was great, we would set the umbrella up for him each day and he could come and go as he wished. Lots of very good restaurants near by and supermarkets for home cooking. We all enjoyed visiting the mosaics at paphyos archaeological site and were lucky enough to find a wheelchair there to use. Father in law a good walker but distances can be tiring. With hindsight hire of wheelchair may have been useful but We did hire a car so We could visit more places with father. We visited some fab beaches, st george's bay suited as well as lots of entertainment from sailing club and fishermen, important for us was easy access in and out off sea. What struck me where/when visiting the lack of insects. We could sit on the apartment balcony well into the evening with no problem. Our only negative, which we had hoped would entertain our 90 year old at times, was the problem with using the tv which needed a code and was not useable. Otherwise a lovely 1st visit to Cyprus, beautiful island and very friendly helpful people.

Everything you need for your Hols
Apartment had everything and more than you need for a great holiday. we are a family of 5. Complex was great and everyone was nice from owners to holiday quests. Only 5 mins walk to beach and good restaurants. would highly recommend this place to family and friends

A great place to Stay
Had a lovely holiday at this resort, the apartment is not new but it is clean and has everything that you would want for a good time. there are 3 good size bedrooms a shower room and a bathroom ensuite to the main bed room the lounge is adequate, balcony is a bit small to accommodate 6 people but it does have a nice view of the pool, the apartment has ceiling fans and Air Conditioning which was a godsend as the temparature reached 38c when we were there.
We had a slight problem but this was soon dealt with
There are plenty of towels and pool toys, there were mats for the beds (of which there are plenty) but these are not comfortable (may need proper mattresses) but I understand these have a habit of disappearing.
The resort swell maintained with nice gardens and a lovely pool which was very warm when we were there.
Not a lot of supermarkets or restaurants close to the resort, nearest about 8/10 mins away, not far, but on a hot day not somewhere you can just pop down too. Atriom restaurant is good value though
The walk into the harbour area is about 20 mins use the coastal path rather than the road its a nicer walk and generally cooler there are plenty of nice restaurants at the harbour Stevie's is probably my favourite.
Overall very good value for money.

The question of time to the shops is, of course, dependent on the walker. At 300 metres away they should take 3 minutes. However, it may feel like an eternity if you don't like 38c!
What counts as 'new' is a matter of view. The complex was not completed this year - which means the gardens are mature. It is of the new generation of building and fitting.

Well equipped and spacious but tired apartment.
Three good sized bedrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. The balcony over looks a pretty pool area and the small beach and harbour area are a short walk away with plent of places to eat.
We were given very detailed instructions on the ‘do’s and don’ts’ for the flat but the instructions on how to gain entry were very confusing and unclear (needed to call the owners twice).
The only thing that lets this property down is that it is very dated and could do with being refurbished, the sheets and towels etc had seen better days. Also I know it was early in the season but it had a strong musty smell.

We are disappointed that you did not find all aspects of the apartment quite up to your expectations, though yours are, indeed, the first complaints we have ever received!
Concerning gaining entry, as we explained, you needed to follow only the latest version of the instructions, which we sent and you indicated you had read. No-one has had any problems previously but we will take a closer look at them to see why you had a problem.
Regarding the 'musty' smell -- this, too, is a new one for us and we will definitely look into it. Perhaps it was from the cleaning that morning.

What a great holiday location! Well thought out details and well-appointed location. We had a great time and found the villa to be very spacious.
Excellent location close to beach and town with very good information available for local activities and restaurants.

Summer holiday
We had a great holiday in Cyprus and stay at limnaria villas.a very nice spacious apartment with all amenities.pool was lovely . would highly recommend it could not fault it at all will definitely be going back in the future.

Ideal location and superb accomodation.
Went for my first trip to Cyprus with family and friends for a friend's wedding.
The accomodation was excellent, comfortable beds, good air con, lovely pool, ample space and everything was clean and tidy.
The location is good 20 mins from airport, near the harbour and ample places to eat and have a friendly drink.
Would definitely return to Cyprus and this accomodation as I could not fault the holiday in anyway.

Good holiday in Limnaria
Good apartaments for good price, nice and very good place in Phafos. Few minutes on foot to the beach, bars and shops.
Recommend to stay here for everebody, who planing to stay in Paphos.

Limnaria is ideal for Kato Paphos, away from the main coastal road, so quiet – yet within 5-10 minutes walk of the sea, beaches, restaurants and the town centre.
Nearby are:
• the Picturesque harbour, with its mediaeval fort, boats moored alongside and facilities for swimming in the clean water
• opportunities to take cruises, go snorkelling/diving or fishing
• a paved promenade extending at least 5 km along the sea front
• the famous Mosaics, 'Tombs of the Kings' and 'Paul's Pillar', where St Paul preached.
There are small, protected beaches for sunbathing, swimming or water sports.
By bus or car you can travel along the coast to other towns and villages, the mountains or Akamas nature reserve.
Paphos really has everything!
