This beautiful townhouse is on the much sought after resort of Paradise Gardens 3. It is on two levels with the upstairs having a twin room, bathroom and master bedroom with balcony, with table and chairs, overlooking the lovely pool and gardens area. The house comfortably sleeps up to 5 adult guests and 2 children. The downstairs has a further toilet and shower room, kitchen and lounge diner with a sofa bed, there is also sky TV in the lounge. The double patio doors lead to an outside dining and relaxing area which is private but again with views of the pools and garden, there are also 5 private sunbeds on this area for your use.

I would highly recommend this apartment. Everything you would need and more. Gorgeous pool and terrace with BBQ. Great peaceful location but not too far from airport, restaurants, water park, harbour, shopping centre and much more. Extremely friendly and helpful owner offering great customer service. Clean, well equipped town house, private patio, excellent communal pool. Close to local amenities, and restaurants. Had a very restful week. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

Six of us stayed here in July 2016. The apartment is in a good location and within walking distance to bars, shops etc. Bastian was on hand to help with anything we had a problem with. Pool just outside and private location to sit out. Apartment had everything we needed. Had a great time and would definitely return.

About the neighbourhood
Paphos consists of two distinct areas. The coastal region is known as Kato Paphos and is the newest part of the town, and there is the upper part of Paphos which is locally known as Pano Paphos. Paphos is a very popular holiday destination for many different tourists, including English, German and Scandinavians. One of the main reasons for this is the weather. Cyprus has 320 days of sunshine a year and an average minimum day temperature of 16 degrees centigrade in January. In August the average temperature is approx. 32 degrees centigrade.
Paphos is a city with much to offer, with many archaeological sites, water sports, beaches and most of all a lovely atmosphere. People are friendly and willing to help if you need it.

Airport: Paphos International Airport: 15.0 km
The closest airport is Paphos airport which is only 15 min drive from our house. A taxi from the airport costs 30 € one way, this can be pre-booked if this is requested.
If our guests do decide to rent a car, to explore the beautifull island, we have a great collaboration with a car rental company. He offers prices from 100 € a week. We can arrange for the car to be waiting for you at the airport at arrival and when you are departing you are also able to leave the car at the airport. It cant be easier than this.
