There is also a spacious outdoor terrace on the first floor, which overlooks the back yard of the villa. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room, which has recently been redesigned. It houses two velvet sofas with an oval glass coffee table in front, a smart TV set is hung on the wall on the hanger that can be moved around. There is a side table with a lamp on it next to the sofa. Dining room with table and 6 chairs, fully equipped kitchen, one more bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinet, night table with a chair, guest shower and WC are on the ground floor too. The kitchen has everything necessary for comfortable living - cooker, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils. In the basement there is another bedroom with 2 single beds with bedisde table and a corner sofa with children's play area for more comfort of the guests. The villa has a private 5x3 swimming pool, an open terrace with garden table and chairs and sun loungers. Here you can enjoy full sea views and beautiful Mediterranean sunsets. This lovely property is fully air-conditioned and has central heating as well. There is a private car parking area. Bed linen, bath and towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and cloth dryer are provided. Satellite TV and internet/wifi are available. Popular sandy Coral beach is within 10 - 15 minutes walk from the villa in about 700 meters. The main street of Coral Bay tourist area is within 350 meters. Here you can find everything you need -Local, Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants, bars, numerous taverns, supermarket, amusement park, bank, pharmacy, 24h ATM machine and a bus stop. This villa is for a great and memorable stay. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Water is heated by the boiler only. Electricity is not included in the rental price and is paid separately in cash upon departure at the rate of 0.25 cents per kw/h always according to the meter reading. Bed line,bath, face and beach towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Free Internet/Wifi Please do not throw papers down the toilet, use the bins provided. Lovely family villa in perfect location

Great pool and villa amenities, with spacious rooms and well equipped. Seaview, with access directly from the villa. Within walking distance to shops, restaurarants, sandy beach. Would recommend and visit again.
