Villa Boethius is the owners' holiday home and has been equipped to accommodate their young children. It is extremely spacious (inside and out), secure, private, and includes a fantastic garden villa playhouse, children's picnic table set, children's dining chairs and plenty of other toys. A fence around the pool has been erected bringing peace of mind for people with crawling babies, toddlers and other small children. A high chair and two travel cots are available at no further cost. The villa is also suitable for couples and groups and a double sofa bed is available upon request. The pool fence and stair gates may be removed upon request. Box sets provided via TV system, as well as popular films - DVD player - iPhone/iPod docking station - Russian TV channels - Air con throughout - Ceiling fans in all bedrooms - Plenty of outside seating, sunbeds and two outside dining areas available - very spacious kitchen, dining and living area - downstairs lavatory & sink - BBQ Guests may choose to stay at the villa and relax around the large private pool on the sun beds or seek shade under the pergola or large parasol after taking a dip in the pool to cool off or they may prefer to explore the surrounding area. At night, you can ease away any aches with a relaxing Jacuzzi bath in the family bathroom before venturing out for the evening. Alternatively, you may decide to relax at home and enjoy a BBQ at the villa either with the kids or without, in the knowledge that they are safely tucked up in bed upstairs, allowing you to enjoy some well-deserved downtime. Restaurants & local amenities There is a wide variety of restaurants in Kapparis within walking distance of the villa, the closest of which, the stylish DiVino bar & Faliros restaurant is only 250m away. Protaras and Paralimni also host many excellent restaurants, the majority of which are family-friendly. Most have play areas for children including, for example, slides, swings, climbing frames, air hockey and bouncy castles. Tony’s Tavern in Kapparis is a firm favourite of the owners’ children as it boasts more than 7 bouncy castles! As a general rule, Cypriots are very friendly, welcoming and extremely family-oriented. Within minutes of the villa you can be on the beach, go snorkelling in the clear water, explore quiet coves or cycle along the coastal path. A large number of beautiful, white sandy beaches including Fig Tree Bay, Cape Greco and Nissi Beach may be reached within 15-20 minutes by car. Guests may choose also to explore nearby Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa which has the largest water park in Europe. There is plenty in the area to keep the whole family occupied. Villa Boethius has the advantage of being perfect for guests wishing to escape and relax in peaceful surroundings but is close enough to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should guests be in the mood for more lively entertainment.More

Kapparis is a relatively quiet area ideally located on the East Coast of Cyprus just north of Protaras. It has a great choice of restaurants and bars so you don't need to get in the car & drive to eat out. The villa is ideally located for those who want to escape and relax yet yet it is close enough to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should you want something more lively. The nearest beach to the villa, Firemans Bay, is less than 5 minutes stroll away and if you walk along the coastal path you will find other smaller sandy coves all with inviting clear blue waters. A few minutes further along you will reach Skoutari beach with its own watersports centre.
