Excellent Apartment
One Zero Four is a spacious first floor apartment with a fabulous patio/balcony which looks out over the swimming pools of probably the best resort complex in Mandria. On the positive side the apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived, is extremely well equipped and just a pleasant ten minute walk to the centre of Mandria village where there are a number of excellent dining choices. The shingle beach, with a rough and ready beach bar is about 20 minutes walk. The only negative during our stay was the number of pigeons which infested the entire apartment complex leaving droppings everywhere, drinking from around the edge of the swimming pool and, thanks to their constant cooing, making it impossible to sleep from around 6am onwards. This is clearly beyond the control of the apartment owners, but resort management needs to tackle the problem of these flying rats as a matter of urgency.

Fantastic apartment on lovey complex
We spent two weeks at Annette's apartment in August. Communication with Annette prior to our trip was excellent and she was also on hand during our stay with help and advice. The apartment offered lots of space, was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, even down to insulated cool bags which were perfect for bringing ice-creams back from the supermarket. But probably the best thing in our opinion was the fantastic balcony which has lovely dining table and chairs and comfy seating areas. There were also sun loungers which came in handy on the few occasions when the pool area was busy. We really liked the location, just a few miles from the airport and Paphos centre but in a quiet village with 5 or 6 restaurants. The pizzas in the Italian restaurant were a particular favourite. All in all, one of the most relaxing holidays that we've had from the time of booking to coming home.

Family holiday
Spacious apartment with everything needed for a few days in the sun. Lovely clean pool, friendly and helpful staff. Annette, the owner, is very helpful and communication is easy. We had a problem with the air conditioning when we arrived and this was quickly fixed.

An absolutely ideal place to stay in Mandria.
The Aphrodite Sands complex has many facilities and is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The apartment itself is spacious and well equiped,with a large sunny terrace. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to any of my friends. The owner was always helpful with any queries I had.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was wonderful. You did not want for anything. Annette the owner was very helpful and let us know everything in advance Could not fault anything. Staff on the resort were very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. We would recommend this apartment to everyone

Fabulous
We (family of 4) were lucky enough to rent this stunning apartment for 10 nights at the beginning of August. This apartment has every thing you need for a self catering holiday. The apartment is huge, and the outside space is amazing! Everything was spotless. The owner, Annette, was very helpful and honest and always available to answer any questions. The pool area was never over crowded, plenty of sun beds for everyone. The village is a 5 minute walk away, I think there were 4 restaurants and a small shop. We had a couple of tasty meals in the Italian. It's a shame there isn't a bar in the complex. Overall we had a brilliant holiday and hopefully we will be able to return to 104 in the near future. Very happy to give this place 5*.

Best holiday ever
Had a fantastic holiday the owner Annette was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was trouble free, the apartment was lovely and very well equipped the pool was great everything was very clean and well kept and the village which is a stones throw away had great tavernas and I think the best fish and chips I’ve ever tasted we chatted to one couple who told us people travel to the village just for the fish and chips! They are that good! Annette allowed us to book a late check out which was like getting an extra days holiday yay! We have already booked again, couldn’t fault it

Excellent stay!
We stayed during June 2017 and it was great, Mandria village has some fab places to eat and the locals are so welcoming. The main reception at the complex couldn’t do enough to help and the apartment was just fantastic, plenty of room, modern and clean. It’s furnished to such a high standard...will definitely be returning! Thank you! :)

Great apartment, would stay there again
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were able to relax here. The apartment has everything that is needed for a family including high chair and cot. And what a terrace/balcony complete with loungers, large dining table and comfortable seating, probably the best in the whole complex! The complex is great too with two pools (one bigger than the other) and gym as well. Close to local tavernas and small kiosk. There is a larger supermarket less than 5mins drive away which prepares hot food - get there early if you want to buy spanakopita (spinach and feta pie). We look forward to returning again.

Fantastic!
We stayed for 8 days in late August/early September. The resort is lovely; really clean and well maintained. The staff were unobtrusive but very helpful when we had queries. Our apartment was centrally positioned overlooking the pool and the terrace enjoyed the sunshine throughout the day. The terrace was extremely spacious with a large table and chairs at one end, an informal seating area as well as 2 sunbeds. Inside the apartment was also spacious, with open plan kitchen/diner/living area off which there is a hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The fixtures and fittings were high quality and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. Mandria village restaurants were less than 5 mins away and had great atmosphere, varied menus and fab cocktails!

Yiannis Taverna is a traditional taverna where you can sit outside under a vine with grapes hanging. George's Taverna on the other side of the square is slightly better equipped for eating inside. On a Friday night during summer months there is Cypriot entertainment at George's. Both Tavernas are exceptional value. A 5 minute drive from Mandria is Petra Tou Romiou, the birthplace of Aphrodite.
Getting around
A hire car is recommended, but not essential, as the village is within a walking distance of about 5mins, where essentials such as bread, milk etc can be purchased at the shop, and this is also where the tavernas etc are located. There is a limited bus service that runs to and from the village, but bus changes may be needed to get to the harbour in Paphos Taxis can be hired from the office at Aphrodite sands
