Very centrally located directly at the Ringstrasse and just opposite the old stock exchange building, you can find nice restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries at walking distance. Holmes Place Gym and Swimming Pool and the Jogging Track along the Danube Canal are also accessible in few minutes. Walking to Graben and Kohlmarkt main upmarket shopping Streets of Vienna or to the old town and inner city (St. Stephens Cathedral) will only take 10-15 minutes.
